It was clean and cool. The staff were helpful. It was close to downtown. The room was large. I was able to arrange trips through the front desk. My bed was too hard for my taste. Later, l learned I different rooms had beds of differing hardness. All I had to do was ask

First of all, check in was smooth and easy. Although there was not an elevator the young man carried all our heavy luggage to our rooms. The room itself was basic but clean and comfortable. The location was very central and close to the river and market. I always felt safe when exploring the town. The people at this hotel were friendly and welcoming. For the money this hotel is a good value. I would stay here again. I don’t have any major complaints but I would have appreciated a bit more storage to unpack my clothes and maybe a few more outlets for charging. Minor concerns though.

Owner was very helpful, he gave us some nice suggestions and a map of the area nearby. There was a person at the front desk area each time we were in and out, felt safe and quiet at the location despite being close to lots of restaurants None, good value for the price, everything was as expected

Bed is quite hard and could use a bit of a deep clean and a new ac as it wasn’t super powerful and was musty in the room. Didn’t find staff to be super nice or friendly - nothing occurred to have negative feelings though.

The facility is located in downtown Krabi, close to good restaurants and the night market. If you are looking to be close to Ao Nang beach, this is not the place for you.

The location of the room is excellent, staffs are good and rooms are large. The hotel doesn't have a lift.

Really good locations with night markets within walking distance. Lovely staff. The walls are a bit thin so it was loud at night.

Decent size room with a large desk, which was perfect for doing a few hours of laptop work. This hotel is in the heart of Krabi town close to the gym and a few places to eat. Clean bathroom with decent water pressure from the shower. I got a decent night's sleep as it's quiet outside the hotel and in the hotel. The A/C in the room wasn't the best it got extremely hot and uncomfortable. The hotel did try to fix the issue and offered to call an engineer to have a look, but we declined as it was our last night. No lift, and our room was on the fourth floor, something to consider if you have heavy suitcases
