Comfortable, big, good people.

quiet, big room, cool view of ocean, big pool, nice staff, laundry in unit said it was beach front but the entire beach is unaccessible as its under construction and you can't swim in that water because of crocodile risk and beach being closed. mentions a sauna as a amenity but can't use it unless you book it 7 days in advance. How would you know what time you'd want to use a sauna 7+ days in advance. Also since we are travelling around we booked the accommodation the day before the stay and there was no mention of this rule prior to booking. There was no leeway when we asked the staff if we could use it even though no one was and no one had it booked for that evening. These were the two reasons we booked the property so we were very disappointed that we couldn't use either. Also the kitchen didn't have much in it in terms of cookware which made it difficult to use, especially if you are travelling and obviously wouldn't bring those things with you. dish sponge was disgusting which made cleaning the plates very hard. underdelivered in every sense.

Very friendly staff! We stayed an extra night and booked a taxi and a bike through the front desk. The building is a little run down but everything works and it’s clean. No bugs! Bathroom could be updated but everything works.

Location, staff was very friendly. It’s an old building so you can’t say anything bad about it. Since it’s still well kept. So there’s nothing bad to say about it.

The bathroom door squeaks very loudly

The location Wet ass after sitting on toilet, because water of shower goes all over de toilet. No solution to problems after no cleaning service after long day. Apologises next day, but no solution. No handsoap. Weird step down to go to bathroom and bathroom is not correctly designed. Hotel cardreader holder to turn on light was broken at first sight.

Clean, comfortable room. Fridge, aircon, tv, private bathroom etc. all good. Low priced scooters for rent. Short walk to town centre. A bit dated but perfectly adequate. Our room was at the very front of the hotel so lots of road noise. I imagine that the rooms further back would be much quieter.

The bed mattress was extremely uncomfortable. Way too firm to the point I woke up with back pain.

The lady boss was very friendly & helpful. The hotel is a little run down in looks. But functions ok

Location is good, not far away from the center, not far away from connections via boat, very nice reception and owner, restaurants are nearby. In order to flush the toilet, you have to keep the lever pressed for around 15 seconds. That is really(!!) annoying! Rooms are ok clean, but need a renovation.

The staff behind reception were very helpful and even took us to the bus station as we couldn’t get a taxi, thank you

Large room with clean lines; effective aircon, easy walk of only a few minutes along sea front to town centre, coffee shops/bakery next door for breakfast, nice personnel at desk. Bed is the old fashioned hard sort with precious little give of any sort in it, makes my bones ache! Slightly defective bum gun that doesn't always turn off when you stop depressing the lever so you accidentally shower the wrong bits of yourself when trying to return it to its hook on the wall.. ?

Property was on good location in Krabi town/ Property is old

Location was convenient. I was able to rent a reasonably priced motor bike from the hotel and I appreciated that very much. The air conditioning worked well in my room. My bathroom needs renovation, there was too much black mold in the tile grout and the entire bathroom needs a good deep clean scrubbing and re-grouting of all of the tile in that room. The shower faucets need new washers in their valves as the shower head drips constantly.
