The price for the laundry is a bit expensive (40 CAD for 3kg of clothes) It is a bit far from the nain attractions in the city but the hotel is perfect!

none Management's biased treatment of a large group of guests. A memo was issued to every member of our group, despite us occupying more than 35 rooms spread across different blocks and floors of the hotel. According to the management, there had been “complaints” regarding noise from our group. However, it remains unclear whether any proper due diligence was carried out before the notice was circulated. Most of us had simply gathered in one or two rooms, with the doors closed, for a friendly catch-up among friends, and certainly not in any public areas of the hotel. While we understand and respect the hotel’s house rules, we found the tone and wording of the memo to be unnecessarily unfriendly and somewhat biased in its approach. Besides, their frontline colleagues sometimes sound impolite. With the encounter, I'm compelled to rate the hotel as just above satisfactory.

I’m not sure how this property had such good reviews. Out of all the places we said in Thailand this one was the worst. We found our room to be dark and not very clean. The pool area is small and not a lot of seating. We went down and there were towels on every chair but only 5 people by the pool.

When you enter there is a sign that says ‘cashless’. However you cannot charge or pay by cc for drinks or meals and must be paid by CASH! It was very inconvenient.

Everything! Great location (5 minute walk from local night market with so much good food!) great swimming pool, lovely staff and nice onsite services including restaurant. our flight the next day was before breakfast started and they were kind enough to pack us a lunch to go!

Everything excellent ?I particularly liked the aroma of the body soap. The bathroom had a smell. But I couldn't identify the source. It was clean and very well maintained. So I suggest an air freshener in the bathroom.

I like the place it’s cozy it’s 10 minutes to the airport Not any facilities around the place no supermarket no shop no anything no restaurant or food it’s very far from the city of Caribbean never ever ever you stay in this hotel if you don’t want to be lost and unconnected with the people and the life outside as a traveler …

The staff was very helpful The overall experience was disappointing, especially the breakfast, which is not included and costs extra. Even basic options like non-dairy milk require an additional extra charge, which felt unreasonable. Additionally, the location is far from the city center, which means you need to plan ahead with tour guides to rearrange schedules.

Food was good I was contacted by booking.com. and the hotel, telling me that my reservation was no longer good due to the fact that my credit card was declined. This could not be true, as I did not receive any notice from Chase Bank, which would be the case ANYTIME a card is declined. I had already been traveling for three weeks, using the exact same credit card successfully all across Thailand. I am very disappointed in booking.com, due to the unwarranted stress that this false event produced.

It was clean and aesthetically pleasing Everything was themed The staff were unnecessarily rude and kept on repeating the rules as though we could not understand. They did not have an iron that i could borrow which was a first for me in a 4 star hotel. They kept on calling once the check out time arrived even though i had asked for a half hour extension. They must have called 5 times!! There was no bell boy - had to manage all our own luggage- overall not going to go back for sure.

Water in glass bottles was supplied in our rooms which was much appreciated. However, our friend broke one of the bottles accidentally when she dropped it on the tile floor. The hotel charged her for the breakage. I thought that was petty and uncalled for.

We stayed in a two-floor room with pool access. The staff didn't even greet us, and were rude. Everything we asked the same answer "it's the policy!" The pool was small and very dirty with leaves and bugs. For a 4-star hotel, I thought there would be a bellboy to help with the luggage. No help whatsoever. We asked for extra towels. The staff wouldn't give even one. The pool towels had white stains The room had a worm running around. In the toilet, there was a leak. When we told them, they came and turned the water off on a hose with a washer. The shower, hot water came and went. And there was no hand shower just a permanent shower.
