Everything at the property was exactly how it is displayed! I had such a wonderful stay and they were so kind to upgrade me for free! The pool was also a massive perk

Windows was not ok

Across the rd was a wonderful restaurant with wonderful staff. Our room was extra for a pool view. Turns out it was also a car park view. No privacy, men talking in the pool all night just outside our window, Toilet made the entire room smell like sewage. A disappointment for what we paid is an understatement. Having stayed all over Thailand, paying what we paid for this room is embarrassing. It looks nothing like the photos. Seriously…. The smell was enough to make you see the hygiene is questionable. Seriously think about booking this accommodation.

Breakfast is amazing with transport service to the beach and shopping street. The swimming pool facilities was very good Water and tea coffee was available 24/7 which was appreciated. The tap in the bathroom kept leaking throughout our stay. It caused disturbance due to which we couldn't sleep.

The bathroom had a strong unpleasant smell, likely coming from the plumbing. The bathtub was poorly adapted with a bad shower, making it difficult to wash properly and leaving the entire bathroom wet. Worst of all, when I once requested cutlery for a meal, they refused and suggested I go to a 7-Eleven instead—even though the hotel has a restaurant, it just wasn’t open at that time.

Nice pool, and our boys were in it quite a bit. If you are ready for a big discussion then there is a taxi service that will bring you (once you have checked into the hotel) to a couple of places such as aunang beach. Slamming doors. All day. And all night. Extra beds are blocking the emergency exits on most floors.The gym is small which is not a problem but the equipment is broken or missing components, and that does limit it's usefulness. The room itself we had didn't even have a chair and other rooms we looked into also had improvised seating. The extra bed we had for our kid was in terrible state. He had a sore spot on his side from a spring... On the bright side he couldn't fall out of the bed because the matras was so worn out... Then there is the whole free bus: mega difficult proces only suitable after making a scene do they make it possible to use the bus. But then it does bring you where you want to go! And it even picked us up and brought us to the hotel again!

Hotel is a bit dated, could be spruced up a bit. Had to ask for a bedside lamp so I could read.

The location. My bathroom light would not turn off so it was hard sleep.

I absolutely loved everything about my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they made me feel truly welcome. The pool was small, but refreshingly cool. The room was good, and the service was excellent. Every day, activities are organized, and you can often join for free. They also offer a free taxi service to the beaches. And on top of that, the price is really cheap. Absolutely amazing! I have no comments!
