I like the exceptional service by all staff members, whether they are on reception, the kitchen or room service/maid services. Everyone is very professional courteous and customer focus driven. I feel very welcome and very well looked after at the Sita Krabi Hotel. This was my third visit and won't be the last :-) Can't think of anything, they do everything right

Great hotel, excellent location, wonderful helpful staff that are always there for you with advice on booking trips and very professional. The reception staff speak good English and communicate very well. Breakfast is good and there are a good selection of choices both for Thais and Foreign visitors. Good quality rooms with great service staff.

Clean room, helpful staff who printed a bunch of stuff for me (for free!), comfy bed, places to eat & easy food delivery They check your room before you go to make sure nothing is damaged/stolen I guess? I had to leave for a flight and didn’t plan to wait around for them to do this (because they didn’t tell me beforehand) and the lady at the desk got an attitude when I said this and made my driver wait. This should be disclosed during check in!

Great & helpful staff, always happy to welcome us! Room was spacious, clean and bathroom was nice. The location can be a bit far but rent a scoter, you can do it directly from the hotel!

The Sita Krabi Hotel is an excellent hotel in a very good location in Krabi. It has very professional and helpful staff with good English language skills, they are always happy to assist and go out of their way to help you. The rooms are modern, spacious and very well appointed. The beds are comfy, the bathroom modern and the shower works very well. Aircon works well and quiet. The maid service are fast and efficient and do a great job too. If you feel like having breakfast there are many options to choose from which suit both Thais and Western visitors alike, the selection is very good and the cooked breakfast has everything you would expect. Fresh fruit is available too. Check out my photos of the menu, and the breakfast area downstairs. There is parking for cars and motorbikes available and the rooms are reasonably well insulated from the street noise, even more so if you choose a rom facing out the back way of the hotel. You find a 7/11 store and a small Lotus conveniently located just 2 minutes’ walk across the road and it takes about 10 minutes to get to the Central Krabi Mall by bike or Bolt taxi. If you are looking for a modern, tidy well appointment hotel in a good location in Krabi with excellent friendly staff then give the Sita Krabi Hotel a try, I’m sure you won’t regret it. I will certainly book it again for my next trip in the region. Can"t think of anything wrong with this hotel

The room and all of the fixtures and fittings looked brand new and everything was spotlessly clean. The extra large bed was very comfortable and the towels and bedding were all of a very high standard. Check in was very quick and efficient and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. We really could not find fault with anything. We will definitely stay again and would recommend it to anyone. Thank you we enjoyed our stay.

The staff is amazing. Nice clean rooms, there is a TV with Smart TV. The breakfast is very good, they gave a whole mango in the morning, awesome!!! The location is convenient, there are supermarkets nearby and very tasty pizza from a real Italian.

I had such a wonderful stay here over the Christmas period. The staff are so kind and helpful. The breakfast was great every morning, and the room was nice and spacious and clean, with such a comfy bed!

And there are olenty of places within walking distance It's a bit outside city center and a coffee table at the balcony could be nice addition
