The room and the bathroom smells very bad and not clean at all. No facilities at all and very hot they dont have AC in the corridors. Staff are not welcoming or assisting with the lagguage

Nothing really This hotel was sooo noisy, we couldn't sleep all night. Even though it was policy that the pool closes at 10pm, people sat there having loud conversations. Restaurant closed, nothing around the place. I would NOT recommend this hotel to anybody. The entire night was just noise from other tourists. When we got there we have been told that the restaurant was closed and there was nothing around it, been told to call Eat Uber or take a taxi to town, which is ridiculous. DON'T book!!!

The rooms were very specious and the bed super comfortable. Shower water and pressure were perfect! Swimming pool was pleasant, the staff took care to leave water the coffee outside the door if needed. The free bicycle are a wonderful and practical idea. I enjoyed them! Nothing :)

Very clean and perfect for one night pre-flight. Lovely staff who printed off our boarding passes for us and recommended some great places to eat in town. Rooms were extremely spacious with comfortable beds. Unfortunately the restaurant and bar were closed for our visit.

Clean, most comfortable bed of all the places I’ve stayed, new and modern, AC and water pressure is good. Staff are polite. Very out of the way. No food options or anything nearby

This is my second stay at The Chill and to be remebered by the staff was lovely! The rooms are a decent size, very clean and modern. Great value for money too, especially for a solo traveller like myself! The hotel is about a 15 minute taxi ride from the main Ao Nang beach but a 'Grab' taxi only cost about £5, so still great value for money and it is nice to be away from the main & busy tourist spots. With a lot of the excursions I went on, it included a pick up at the hotel too so the distance did not matter.

very nice property, spacious room, big clean bathroom, kind staff and scooter rental on-site was very convenient location isn’t great, definitely need a scooter or grab to get around.
