The accommodation is spacious and quiet.

Everything.

An excellent location and a very decent apartment. An elevator would be quite good there.

There is only one thing to fix and its the bed , its making a lot of noise when you turn or make a move .

Very good location, very nice and helpful host. Place was very clean. The kitchen table chair not very confortable. Doors are very squeeky.

The location is very good, close to the old city and all the places around. We got a room on the third floor and there is NO ELEVATOR!!!!! Lugging suitcases for us, as senior citizens, was a challenge. The manager helped us bring them down on the day of departure.

10 minutes walk from the old city and the mall. The apartment was always warm

You can’t use the shower and the kitchen at the same time. One of us was having a shower and when the other used the tap in the kitchen, the shower water got extremely hot immediately and burned my partner. Nothing major, but something to be mindful of.

No elevator, noise from outside and the stairs, a little bit confusing contact with the owner and a misunderstanding of the payment method (better to clarify how to pay before the arrival and many days earlier). One apartment was not so clean and had a problem with hot water (the owner tried to solve it as soon as possible as we informed him).

- Very friendly staff. - Clean and well maintained room. - The location is very good, with supermarkets and restaurants nearby. - Amenities, at least some water. - The floor of the flat creaks terribly. It is impossible to walk around the flat without waking people up.

Maybe providing some showering amenities will be good. A lift will be good eventually.

Lovely room overlooking the street. The gentleman who checked me in was so friendly and welcoming. He carried my bags up to the room which was above and beyond and then showed me around my rental. Very good location - walked everywhere. It was a little loud with the main door slamming as other residents/guests entered the building throughout the night. I personally did not mind too much but it would likely be problematic for others.

Clean, comfortable beds, big balcony, ac. 4th floor no elevator.

It was on the last floor or the building and NO elevator.

Clean, quiet, good location. No significant issues except that I was never quite able to get the heating and the air conditioning to work for me. (The weather was quite variable over the course of my stay.) But overall, the place was quite comfortable.

Location is convenient for walking old town and surrounding area. Close to shopping (mall is huge) and lots of restaurants and bars. No toiletries (soap/shampoo in shower). Parking is difficult (we had a rental car & parked on street once we found a spot we just paid for whole day & didn’t move the car). It would have been nice to have some larger glasses in kitchen and some coffee .

There were only 4 body towels and 1 floor towel, no head towels or a towel to dry our hands. Also, we had a problem with the lock of the door (we were staying in apt. 4). We couldn’t get it to lock properly.

Everything was very good In two rooms out of three there wasn't WIFI.

Host is very friendly and he kindly satisfied all our requests. Really useful the service to book day trip to close attractions Aparment should be equipped with more faciltiies in kitchen and bathroom
