Breakfast, location and room are considered good. It is so near a small grocery shop and easy and not too far on foot to access the tourists attractions. It is a small type of hotel so the lobby is very small for hotel guests.

Beautiful room, great location just steps to old town. The staff is exceptional very helpful. Beautiful bar and restaurant.

They gave me a handicapped room, which made me feel uncomfortable because I didn't need it.

The location is very convenient for sightseeing. The breakfast was excellent, with everything you might want to eat. The bar closed early at 22.00.

Excellent breakfast-lots of choices for hot and cold food. Well laid out in the room. The dining room was warm and plenty of clean tables. The staff are friendly and helpful answering questions and helping us get reservations at restaurants. Towels changed daily. Garbage thrown daily.

the lift broke down and we were on the 4th floor it was down for our entire trip

The hotel is located just a few minutes away from the old town, in a very quiet and interesting neighborhood! Very helpful and friendly staff, comfortable room, good restaurant and bar.

Everything is perfect . Cannot fault it . Easy access, walking distance from the old town centre ( Market Square).Great comfortable beds and bedroom and all the facilities . Amazing ,helpful, friendly staff.

As a solo traveler, I liked that the lights turned on in the hallway as I walked. This hotel felt safe. It was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was fantastic. I liked that there was indoor and outdoor seating. There was a hairsalon next door and an ice cream shop. I liked that there was a note about the safety of drinking their tap water. The wifi worked great. It was only a 10 minute walk to the rynek/Sukiennice area. There was no place in the bathroom to put my toiletries. As a US traveler, I'm used to shampoo and soap in the bathroom, but this place only had shower gel. At first, I couldn't figure out the AC. So it'd be helpful if the hotel had instructions on how to use it. At night, this area could be intimidating to a solo traveler.

The location of this hotel is great. 5 minutes walk from Old Town and the castle. Breakfast has a good selection and staff are very helpful. The room was okay, it had everything you would need as we didn’t spend lots of time in it as was exploring. Without the air conditioning on the room can become very warm and uncomfortable to sleep.

Breakfast was really good. Large selection and well prepared and presented. Room heating/cooling system very good and easy to use. All staff, and there were plenty of them, very friendly and efficient. I could not have a hot drink at the hotel as it did not serve any decaffeinated tea or coffee anywhere including breakfast and in room.

Staff at reception are so lovely. Couldn’t have done more for us. Member of Bar staff a bit rude but didn’t take from our experience.
