فندق عائلي بامتياز بموقع هادئ حوله حدايق جميلة بعيد عن الoldtown مسافة 15 الى20 دقيقة مشي الموظفين متعاونين بشوشين والغرف واسعة مكان الافطار جميل خصوصا الجلسات الخارجية بشكل عام مناسب للعوائل الخليجية سهوله الوصول للسنتر عن طريق الترام او استخدام اوبر

The staff they was not good with the customers and they didn’t help us to bring our bags or anything we need

This was, unfortunately, one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The customer service at the front desk was extremely poor, and the staff were neither welcoming nor helpful. The hotel was not clean, and the overall level of cleanliness was far below what I expected. This hotel does not reflect Marriott’s standards at all. Considering the high price I paid, the experience was extremely disappointing and definitely not worth the money. This was, unfortunately, one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Very good breakfast, quite neighborhood, one minute away from tram stop which means one is into the center in ten minutes

It was clean, there was a lounge with food available for purchase as well as a restaurant with food available for purchase. Indoor pool was nice. Property was clean and well maintained. We didn’t know they limit guests in the pool area and one of the people we were with was denied entry into the pool.

Staff were very nice, hitel was beautiful in a nice area next to park so easy to get a nice walk in! Wonderful staff especially the girls at the front desk!! Nothing not to like! ?

I booked this hotel because of its high rating, but unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. The only thing that made a positive difference during my stay was Martin. He genuinely tried to help us in every possible way and did his best to make things better. I would like to express my sincere thanks and appreciation to Martin for his kindness and professionalism. حجزت هذا الفندق بسبب تقييمه المرتفع، لكن للأسف كانت تجربتي سيئة جدًا. الشيء الوحيد الذي شفع للفندق هو الموظف مارتن، فقد حاول مساعدتنا بكل الطرق الممكنة وبذل جهده لتحسين تجربتنا. لذلك أود أن أتوجه بالشكر والتقدير لمارتن بشكل خاص على تعامله الراقي وحرصه على المساعدة. ‏ What I didn’t like was the reception staff. They were very rude and unprofessional throughout our stay. I had booked a suite, but I was initially given a standard room. I discovered the mistake myself after entering the room and had to return to reception. There was no luggage service, so I had to carry all my bags back and forth on my own. Only then did they admit it was their mistake and move us to the suite. Unfortunately, the problems continued. The suite had two bedrooms, but the air conditioning in one of them was not working at all. When I asked for assistance, I was told there were no other rooms available and no one who could fix the air conditioner. Their solution was to leave the corridor door open so that cool air from the other room could reach the second bedroom, which was completely unacceptable. What made the experience even worse was the rude attitude and lack of professionalism from the reception staff. ما لم يعجبني هو طاقم الاستقبال. كانوا فظين للغاية وغير محترفين طوال فترة إقامتنا. كنت قد حجزت جناحًا، لكن تم إعطائي في البداية غرفة عادية. اكتشفت الخطأ بنفسي بعد دخول الغرفة واضطررت للعودة إلى الاستقبال. لم تكن هناك خدمة لحمل الأمتعة، لذلك اضطررت لحمل جميع حقائبي ذهابًا وإيابًا بمفردي. عندها فقط اعترفوا بأن ذلك كان خطأهم وقاموا بنقلنا إلى الجناح. للأسف، استمرت المشاكل. كان الجناح يحتوي على غرفتي نوم، لكن مكيف الهواء في إحداهما لم يكن يعمل على الإطلاق. عندما طلبت المساعدة، قيل لي إنه لا توجد غرف أخرى متاحة ولا يوجد من يمكنه إصلاح المكيف. كان حلهم هو ترك باب الممر مفتوحًا حتى يصل الهواء البارد من الغرفة الأخرى إلى غرفة النوم الثانية، وهو أمر غير مقبول تمامًا. ما جعل التجربة أسوأ هو السلوك الفظ وقلة الاحترافية من طاقم الاستقبال.

Beautiful and quiet. Clean and tidy.

Beautiful hotel, very clean and accommodating. Nothing really, except maybe a steam room for the spa.

Location is excellent. Hotel is on a boulevard which is a promenade where everyone jogs, goes roller skating etc in the evening. Beautiful people enjoying life. It's very peaceful and relaxing. An excellent park is nearby called Henrik Jordan. The cleaning staff is very polite and did a great job. The room was very spacious, great tv, good bathroom. I had top floor with a huge balcony. This is the first place I ever stayed whose reception refused to iron some shirts for me (obviously I would've paid if needed) to save me some time, because "you have an iron board in your room". Okay, I'm not doing chores on my vacation so maybe change that. The room was very spacious, great tv, good bathroom. I had top floor with a huge balcony. However the room shows its age. The sofa on the balcony had stains from previous visitors. The blinds jumped out of the rail and I had to spend time finding the plastic to fit them back in. Annoying. The balcony could be better maintained. I wanted to go to the "gym" but its a ridiculously small room (that might as well be a storage room) that was retrofitted with a buncha treadmills. I'm not really following how this is well rated for fitness and gym, pretty confusing. If you want to do sports, do yourself a favour and take a walk (you're doing sport anyway right) to the nearby Henryk Jordan park which has a calisthenics spot where the boys are working out. The staff takes ages to give you a menu when you go to the restaurant. at 190cm I'm not exactly invisible. However once you got the menu they are very polite. I suppose they're understaffed.

Excellent stay from start to finish. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, the breakfast was fantastic, and the room service was excellent. What truly stood out was the exceptional staff. After I accidentally left two USB drives containing important PhD research materials, the team located them, kept them safe, helped coordinate an international courier pickup, packaged them carefully, and ensured they were successfully returned to me in Germany. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to help turned a very stressful situation into a positive outcome. I am incredibly grateful and would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended.

On the week end the pool was very crowded and there is not enough staff to manage amount of people

At first, the girl at the reception was not very welcoming, but then another receptionist came and greeted us nicely. The mattress on the bed was too soft for my taste. There were no bathrobes or slippers in the rooms for the spa, so you have to go there in your own clothes and change there — robes are provided at the spa. The floor was very slippery, and the pool and sauna were quite small for such a huge hotel, so it felt overcrowded. Overall, it’s fine for a one-night stay, but don’t expect too much from the hotel.
