I made a booking to Hyatt Palace Krakow for 2 nights 4 adults and 2 rooms from 21st to 23rd of August 2026, however now when I am checking my statement I can see tarrif for 3 nights have been deducted. Kindly refund the extra amout that has been charged. Please let me know if you have any questions why was 3rd transaction made where i was told they are keeping the amount only on hold and will not deduct . i was given receipt only for 2 nights. I have been sending them mails but not getting any response.

Very accommodating staff, thank you guys for your kindness! Amazing comfortable mattresses, cool design and water provided. Proximity of a stadium( stay during some Fight Gala) that even the thick windows couldn’t isolate us from the roar till midnight…

Great breakfast. Comfy beds and pillows. Convenient connection to the center by tram. Grocery store few steps from hotel.

Location was good, room was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was crammed, its set up in a very narrow part, and was overly busy due to this. Parking is extremely expensive I paid 69pln for 1 night with early departure at the hotels car park. The sofa bed was not done when we arrived although I got a suite for 3 (2 adults and 1 child).
