Aparthotel Grodzka 21

The room is located in the heart of the old city of Krakow with a tram line stop steps away, restaurants, historic sites within several minutes walk. The apartment was simple, clean, and comfortable. The strength is the location and simplicity of visiting the city, finding places to eat, get to the airport, etc. There is a decent desk as well which I always like. No AC, but fortunately it was not too hot. Opening the door to the balcony allowed fresh air to fill the place.

The room was very small but I only stayed one night so it met my need.

Good thing about the Hotel is its position. Very central and near the Old Town center. Room lighting ordinary with toilet seat that ran all over the place.

Aparthotel Grodzka 21 is actually affiliated with the Santi Hotel, which is just around the corner a short walk away. The staff were all extremely helpful and friendly, and the location is superb, only a 2 minute walk from Krakow's main square and easy walking distance to all the major sights, restaurants, transit, etc, My single room was quite small, but comfortable. Double rooms are much more roomy. Small but clean bathroom, minifridge, AC. The property is on one of Krakow's busy main streets, but with the windows closed there was almost no noise. Breakfast was served at the other hotel a couple minutes walk away and was excellent. In addition to the well-stocked buffet (prosecco for breakfast!) you can also get huge made to order plates of almost anything you want. An excellent choice for being in the center of things in the heart of Krakow. Other than the room being quite small, the only problem I had (which wasn't a big deal for me) was that the wi-fi was extremely unreliable and slow. Also, this didn't matter to me, but there is no elevator, so people with mobility problems should take note. Overall, I had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again if I return to the city.

Great location, a couple of minutes walk to old town square. Check in at Santi Hotel literally around the corner, 24/7 reception there. Breakfast good value for money. Travelled with family and they accommodated us next door to one another. Rooms decent size, will clean and top up tea, coffee etc if you ask at reception. Only thing I would say is there is no lift in the hotel for those less immobile.

The place is clean and spacious. We had two double rooms and the interior of one was definitely nicer than other so it’s a bit of a lottery. But everything went smoothly, staff is helpful and accommodating and one of the rooms was ready hours before scheduled check in ? It’s an old building so there were frequent sounds coming from pipes in the walls and you could hear people in the corridor but earplugs help and they are a must anywhere in the old town area anyway ;) and you have to pay extra for parking.

Breakfast was Excellent First Class. Nothing

Amazing location My room faced the main street. The building is lit on the outside. The curtains in the room were not black out and did not fully close.

The location was great. The apartment was clean Staff at the place you checkin [Santi hotel] were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. Safe was available inside the cupboard. Room was warm. Had air-conditioning too. TV was present but I didn't use it. WiFi was available Hair dryer was in bathroom. Towels and sheets were clean. Basic coffee making items were present [kettle, coffee powder etc] Place was much compact than I expected Do not keep the bathroom door open as the room will get some kind of stinky smell. It didn't bother me but be aware there isn't lift. Although it's aparthotel, my room had no kitchen

The room was spacious and clean and the location from the market square was good The noise overnight from the market square was terrible, stupid drunk people shouting all night, there is no lift which is difficult when so many levels up and I would have liked the tea, coffee and water to be replenished daily without asking, the price is high enough to include this I believe

Location, but it’s its course as well: noisy and bright at night. Very spacious apartment with 2 rooms, well equipped kitchen. Light. It’s noisy as expected and can’t help it, but the light can be managed. A good blinds or black out curtains would solve the issue. I could not sleep all night due to light from the street. Also deep clean the apartment. Floors are filthy.
