Great place. Near the train station. Good for one night. The room was comfortable. It would be nice to have one or two bathrobes in the room

Great location, just steps from the main square in old town Krakow. Comfortable room. The location means you will hear the partying late into the night - just be aware — choose differently if you are an early to bed household. Also note that this is a self service location.

location is good, next to the square. The breakfast arrangemnt is good also. no room service during the stay. Room is very small, 2 single beds, the basic ones. No chair in the room, just a small table. no front reception, but remotely. luggae storing is 15 mins walking from the hotel, that's need to be fixed! doesn't make any sense you walk 15 mins with lugggaes just to store them. This remote recepetion, might be cost effective but impact dramitically on the level of service. especially considering the amount we pay (20-25% less cost per night comparing to regular hotels with reception, cleaning and storage). BTW, none of the above was listed in the hotel page in booking, or maybe I didn't see.

It was basic, but what else do you need during a short stay. The location was very good.

Location perfect. Room matched the pictures and was all in good/working order. Beds were comfortable and the temperature was fine (high ceilings and air con). No noise within the building that disturbed us. No surprise, it can be noisy in the street late into the night but this only bothered one of us in the bed nearer the window and was fine if the window was shut. Nit-picking but a shelf in the bathroom would have been useful to keep toiletries to hand and off the sink.

Location is fab as just iff the main square. The bed was so uncomfortable and we had ants. Pillows like fried eggs. TV only worked when it wanted to.

So convenient for a stay in krakow. You're almost in the main square. Perfect for a few days stay, very basic apartment, long thin room. Beds were comfy and it is functional. Cheap and cheerful.

Location No staff on site . Had to ask for clean towels

Absolutely lovely apartments, the location was fantastic The only fault was the luggage storage was quite a walk away! Carrying heavy bags was not easy

Very central and clean :) The room wasn’t the same as the ones in the picture. The bed was also very low quality.
