Staff were excellent very helpful. Rooms were very spacious and had everything you need, bathroom is modern. Comfortable beds and washing a good temperature even when freezing outside. On 1st floor facing busy street and the noise level was acceptable but were provided earplugs by the hotel anyway prime location short walk from the square.

Great location, good breakfast and nice restaurant. We really enjoyed the food served in the courtyard of the property.

Location. Please note that this hotel do not have ac. The might give you one small fan. Room had spider webs and loads of bird droppings right outside the windows.. The hotel staff is not very friendly. Our request to check in at 2pm was approved, but despite that, the receptionist claimed that it was a mistake and there is no way he can honor our request. He implied that we somehow changed the check in time. We paid for a family room but we got a much smaller room. I would never stay here even if offered a free night.

Incredible location just off the main square opposite a Polish 7-11 (Zabka) and a ton of places to eat. Room was beautiful and very quiet. Very friendly and helpful staff. No laundry anywhere close. They say they have luggage storage but it is just on the floor by the front desk. Lots and lots and lots of stairs to reach my room - five staircases by memory.

Very good location, very clean and complete facilities, large room, and friendly supportive staffs. Due to perfect location just in central historic location, occasionally at night there are sounds of pedestrians on the street. But the hotel provide earplugs.

Great location and outstanding value. We will be back there again Slight problem with room door banging when the downstairs one was opened. Not a big problem.

We enjoyed our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book this hotel again. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean, and location was perfect. While it was noisy in the evening (our room was directly above the Akropolis kebab shop/restaurant), earplugs were sufficient, and it was great for people watching! The only downside was the breakfast. We gave it a try on the first morning and didn’t return for the rest of our stay. That said, everything else made up for it, and we had a great experience overall.

The location was perfect. Heating was on 24/7 very uncomfortable given that one of the days that we were there was 18 outside.
