Scharffenberg Apartments Main Square

I liked the location - very convenient, it is in the very centre of the old town, but still is very quiet apartment. The self check in and check out was really good and easy, the host was very responsive and nice. Good air conditioning for each room in the apartment. Good white towels and bed sheets. A bit of dust on some surfaces, and lacking of the washing machine. Old (and quite scary) furniture, but we didn't use it as we were there only for 2 days, so we didn't unpacked.

Location, Air conditioning, Washington machine! A fan for downstairs would have helped. It was a little warmer downstairs, but it was also during a heatwave. It was still comfortable, but a fan would have helped.

An elevator would make it more convenient but otherwise location and the apartment are excellent.

The apartment was beautiful, just as pictured. It was located in a wonderful historic building overlooking one of the pedestrian streets leading to the main square. We could open the window and watch the horse and carriage going by, and see the activity in the square. But with the window closed it was very quiet. The beds were very comfortable, probably the best of any stay on our trip. Checking in was extremely easy and convenient. Our train was a little late arriving and there was no issue arriving later than expected. Everything was communicated very clearly. We easily checked in and started enjoying our stay! Nothing, everything was perfect!

Bed was really hard. The pillows were excellent. But since the bed was too hard, we wouldn’t be able to stay there again. No elevator. Stairs are very steep to get to apartment & it makes it really hard to carry luggage up.

Napkins would be nice

The host went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, letting us to check in earlier, great customer service.

The location was excellent. Plenty of room in the apartment for a family of four. The old square in Krakow is very loud at night (people party and scream like wild animals) and I wasn't sure if the noise would impact our ability to sleep. However, it was not an issue at all. The windows in the apartment are of very high quality and when completely closed/locked, they block most of the outside noise. During a day, we kept the windows open as they provide a nice view of the old city. The lack of elevator can be challenging with an apartment on the 4th floor and a heavy luggage, but that's a minor inconvenience and it's a price to pay for a charming place. The hosts were very responsive and the apartment was clean. Kitchen well equipped. We would definitely stay again. I highly recommend it.

Right in Old Town. Perfect apt with a full bed, kitchen. Nicely remodeled. Very clean. Sound proof windows. Very responsive staff (hey Karolina!). Great place All was great

No breakfast offered

Only one set of keys. When someone in our party wanted to go back to sleep we had to go with them to let them into the apartment and lock it back up so we would have keys to return with later. Otherwise the place was great
