Wentzl is a historical hotel, housed in a 15th-century tenement on the Main Market Square in Kraków. It offers luxurious rooms with unforgettable views of the Old Town and free Wi-Fi. The staff were friendly. We did “check in” in the morning and I really appreciate that. The location is perfect and many things are near.

This hotel was fantastic! The location is perfect - right on Old Town square, centrally located to everything you want to do. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was great! We had a room on an upper floor with windows that open up to the square. We spent every night leaned up on the window ledge people watching, listening to the music on the square and enjoying the view. It was never too loud - when we closed the windows, it did a great job of blocking out all the noise from the square. The room itself was very comfortable - the bed, the amenities etc. Plenty of room for 2 people with giant suitcases. Highly recommend this hotel! n/a

Everything was great, from the staff's friendliness to the location to the food. The breakfast buffet was incredible, the hotel restaurant was amazing, and it was a 10/10 experience, for sure. Nothing—it was great.

Excellent location on the square. Our rooms had views over it. Lovely traditional rooms with high quality bathroom and good aircon. Staff at reception great! We liked everything. Minor things for hotel to consider are replacing the mattress in room 33 - sagging and has had its day! Also lack of full length mirrors in both rooms we had.

The location and view from the window on the Main Square and the Mariacki Church. The bed was super comfy and the bathroom - huge and lovely. Being able to listen to the Trumpet Call sitting in the window of the hotel was a total highlight. I’m a light sleeper so I couldn’t fall asleep until most of the bars closed, but it would not be a problem for anyone who can fall asleep easily. The windows provide great sound-proofing overall.
