Palladian Hotel

Location, staff Two complaints: 1) the AC blows directly onto me in bed. And because of this reason I would not stay in this hotel again. 2) I filtered on hotels with a gym, and the gym was not that great. You should add a treadmill there at least.

The location is beyond great—you are close to absolutely everything you need! The rooms are wonderful, fully equipped, and mine had a nice street view. A huge shoutout to the receptionist who was very kind and helpful throughout my stay. -The elevator frequently had a very bad smell and lacked proper cleanliness on some days. -On my last day after checkout, the receptionist accidentally re-charged me for the stay (which I had already paid prior to check-in). It wasn't brought to my attention until I noticed and confronted them about it. Just keep an eye on your bank statements!

Location cannot be beat! Around the corner from the main historic square. Excellent facilities. Comfortable room and bed. Spacious and well-equipped bathroom. Excellent air conditioning

We had the best room overlooking the square. It was great.

Breakfast was terrific. Great variety and high quality.

The Palladian was very clean and centrally located near the city square. The staff was very polite and attentive. The lobby was tiny for a four star hotel.

Great location to the main Town Square and for catching Ubers to other areas. Lots of shops and restaurants everywhere yet not too loud. Very cute boutique hotel. Huge room and bathroom. Great dining room and buffet breakfasts. Peaceful and quiet. Front desk staff could be a bit more friendly and welcoming.

The hotel location is excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. My wife and I really enjoyed the breakfast selections. Our room had a combination tub/shower which made it a little difficult for us to step into (and out of) as my wife and I are over 60 years of age. We would have preferred a separate walk-in shower for ease of use. Other than this one item, our room was perfect!

The staff were friendly and welcoming, I had previously advised that we were staying for my friends birthday and they had organised a surprise when we got to the room which was really appreciated and a lovely touch. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless. Would highly recommend

Breakfast was very good. The location in Old Town was also very convenient along with street access for easy Uber's. The staff are available at the front desk 24/7. The shower situation could've been better. It was very hard to find a decent temperature, it was either burning hot or ice cold.

The hotel is a few steps from the market square making it a great location. The room was large with a sitting area and separate kitchenette/coffee station area and a large bathroom. Staff were helpful and friendly, remembering my wife's birthday and providing a bottle of Champagne for us to celebrate. Breakfast was amazing with a large variety and views over market square

room was small but work for a simple place to relax and sleep while I explored Krakow. Breakfast had lots of wonderful food. Staff couldn't have been more friendly.

This is a new hotel (open for only 3 weeks).Location was right in the centre of the Old Town which was great. The hotel was very clean and warm (it was cold outside). Being a new hotel everything was neat and tidy. The bathroom was sparkling with plenty of hot water. The room was very good but there were a couple of minor issues. Breakfast was good with plenty of choice in a nice atmosphere. Room 104. The main negative issue was the room layout. there was a great big 3 seater sofa at 90 degrees to the tv which was very uncomfortable when watching tv. It was totally impractical. I believe the sofa should be changed to a 2 seater which could then be placed facing the tv which would be a lot more acceptable. Also there is no live tv available. Lots of streaming services which is fine for watching films etc but live tv is a definite requirement that wasn't available. Finally, a double duvet for a double bed please. Two singles isn't ideal.
