The location Found a bug in the room

Unfortunately, although there is a phone to call 24/7, every time we tried to use it no one answered. We were there for three nights and there was no cleaning service throughout our stay. There was also no remote for the fan in the room, and therefore we had to sleep with the window open, which ended up being quite loud and disruptive.

The reciceptionist Maria and where the hotel was located N/A

Rooms were good. Needs a little more extras such as bedding, pillows. Really thin walls, not the owners fault.

There is no reception. So if you are reaching at the night time, you can get scared at the structure of the building, rooms and staircase. Basically the building is very old, reception(where you get your room keys) is on 2nd floor, and all the rooms are one 3rd floor. Lights automatically are all off, so it might feel a bit scary and too silent. However Poland is a crime free area, so you are actually good. No elevators, so you have to carry you bags yourself

Wooden construction was very loudly when someone walks up/down on stairs or walking om this second floor. Air in secon floor was verry hot (heavy) and keeping window open isnt option, because it is very close to the centr and its not that quit on the street. But all in all for that price, location and everything it is great price/value

TV didn't work.

The location was great with easy access to sights in Stare Miasta, Old Town Krakow. The room was fairly spacious, except for cramped area for frig, dishes, etc. Two bath areas were nice for a group of 4. There was dust on some high pieces of furniture, some utensils and the hot water pot were dirty, the very high window had a curtain that could not be closed enough to keep out the 4:30 AM sunrise, and there was some construction happening in the building, which meant the office wasn't staffed and the construction materials were on the stair and landing. We had to wait for quite a few minutes one morning for the work van to complete its maneuver of backing in at the entrance.

Great location and a very nice room! They even upgraded us for free. Check in and out was so easy and fast. They even called me after we left to inform me I lost my passport and shipped it to me the next day! Great customer service and facilities. I’d stay here again!

Old building - high floors (fortunately only 2) reachable via slightly broken stairs. Was very cold and no way to bring a little heat.
-
We were cold but the reception manager provided electric heaters for our comfort. Separate bedrooms 2 bathrooms Laundry facility (washer and dryer) Central location Flexibility in check out time Allowed to leave bags until departure for airport Heat shut off permanently (May 10th) before our arrival No TV in bedrooms Separated twin beds in bedrooms 1 bedroom had 2 futons which were uncomfortable for sleeping on

Very good

The location was excellent, only a few yards from the center with great bars and restaurants, it was still quiet at night for when you needed sleep. Communication with the staff in advance of our arrival was great with us being given a door code and then our apartment keys in a lock box. Very hard to find any fault, the entrance was a little hard to find when arriving in the dark however this wouldn't put me off and i would very likely stay again if traveling to Krakow.

Exceptional

Very close to the centre. Big and comfortable bed. Staircase would be more pleasant if more clean. Missing tea and coffee in a cupboard. Need to be very careful with shower as hot water runs out very quickly. Besides that allnis good.
-
Perfect location to centre. Clean and spacious. Easy to get into via keys.

The location is fantastic in the old town. Checking in and access was difficult. We went to reception upon arrival and rang several time but got a garbled message back. We found the key to our apartment eventually and when we got there there was no electricity. Went to reception again and rang the suggested number for the reception phone but no answer. Turned on the electricity ourselves in the end. The bath was tiny and had no shower curtain to stop shower water from pouring out into the floor. Having a bath was also difficult as the bath was so small. Beds were not that comfortable either and upstairs to our apartment was only OK if you crouched.
