The location is superb. Staff are friendly. The rooms are clean. Breakfast is good, and with some small improvements, can become super.

We loved everything about this hotel! The perfect location, great breakfast, friendly staff, and spacious room all made us want to return. We will definitely stay here again.

The room was clean and enough space. Central location 2 minute walk from Rynek square. Lobby is not like in the picture. Reception gave us zero info on the hotel facilities (breakfast, wifi, tc.), only 2 days later we found out that we had to read the card that you put on the door when you want privacy, to find out cleaning was on request only. Restaurant (breakfast) is poor. Looks like an office cantine at best. The photos on Booking are not from this hotel (anymore). TV takes 2 minutes to turn on. No safe in the room.

Staff were pleasant and helpful. Good location. Comfortable bed. No notification that hotel was under refurbishment. Waited at reception for quite some time amongst workmen with no facility to contact hotel staff. No seating available to wait either. Would have been nice to have more than one teabag amongst two people per day.

The room was nice and spacious and overall quiet and relaxing. The location to the main square, restaurants, shopping and bars was great. The staff at the front desk were friendly. The water leaked out of the shower quite a bit. There was no way to turn the AC on (only heat), so we just turn the air off completely and opened the window for a few to cool off the room.

Great place with an excellent location, just a few minutes from the Market Square. The staff were very kind and helpful. Our flight was late and we arrived very late for check-in, but everything was handled smoothly and perfectly. The rooms were close to each other, which was very convenient. I couldn’t ask for more. Great breakfast as well! n/a
