Very clean

Not very clean, to small for a family, opening bad was broken.

Awesome location and clean apartment

Great location. Easy check-in process. Very limited toliet paper and body wash were given.

VERY good location Relatively clean accommodation Modern and functional bathroom Comfortable room and dark curtains Very quick response from host (over Whatsapp) NO physical reception; it was difficult to reach a real person over phone as the entire system is automated VERY THIN walls; not very soundproof Room floor was carpeted and had a few stains (but clean other than that) It's nice that the room has a fridge, but it's very noisy during the night

Location is perfect, the old town is just a few minutes away! Beds are comfortable. The sink in the bathroom is super small and a small towel would be really needed to step out of the shower. The whole bathroom floor was wet like this!

I reserve too suites for 6 persons and it was very bad residence and the AC was not working the front desk is not available all the time, and when I request support to fix the AC, they ignored me and did not fix the issue I was forced to stay with my family total of six people in one small room bad experience and I don’t recommend thiss Only the location 

Great location, staff were very helpful Very misleading on how many beds are actually in the apartment, some photos make it seem like there’s 2 rooms but it’s one room with 2 beds and then a couch and another small couch that fold out. Very squishy to walk around, especially with 5 people. This would be suited maximum 4 people, not 5.

It’s my second time staying at this aparthotel and I loved it. Clean, comfortable, very close to both Rynek and railway station. -

Location is very good as it was accessible to everything. No complimentary water and Coffee creamer is not available.

The locates good and very central to the main square. Easy check in virtual access The room was missing some vitals. It had a kettle, but had very little sachets of coffee or single teas?… no spare covers for the colder bodied person… the pillows are rubbish!!

Separate beds and breakfast in other locations. It was an nconvenience but not a major mood killer.

I liked that the kitchen and bedroom was clean and there was enough space in our room. Also the communication was good and they were letting us know when to check in and check out and the pins to use the storage room. Perfect to stay there as it’s so close to the main city I didn’t like the fact that there was stains on our bed sheets and on our towels. We only had one thin pillow each so was difficult to sleep on the bed and wasn’t comfortable. I don’t understand why it says when we booked it that we would have a living room and a city view, which we didn’t have either of them. No living room and we had a small garden with a fence, so it’s not a city view
