The room was too noisy. Breakfast could be better

breakfast was poor. no cofie machien. poor selection of options. very basic. rooms are outdated.

Very personal, great location, very helpful staff, great room service, cleanliness.

It was in the city center so a quick walk to and from the train station

Breakfast was at extra charge but tasty and reasonably priced. If you go there ask for a room overlooking the courtyard since the trams passing by can make a racket. Staff friendly and helpful.

Everything was perfect…. Location was walkable to everything and special mention to all the staff ! So welcoming and friendly. Lea & Ivan made us feel like family. Everything was great

Unexpected cute little patio. Refrigerator. Bed looked a bit low, but it was firm enough and very comfortable. Friendly staff.

The location next to the main train station on one side, and old town Krakow was brilliant. I also loved the old world charm of antiques and uniquely decorated rooms. You knew instantly that you were NOT in a “chain” hotel. A trolley line runs directly in front of the hotel. While that adds to its overall convenience in terms of getting around, it’s really noisy. If you get a room on the front side of the hotel, you WILL want earplugs.

The location is fantastic, the hotel is beautiful we enjoyed the different type of decor and atmosphere. The garden to sit in was lovely, the maid service was excellent. The staff were friendly and efficient, very helpful. Breakfast was good, would be nice to have an omelet option to order. Overall the food was very good with a nice selection. It is directly across from the mall and train station, tram runs in front and on the side, near a 24 hour grocery express. Lovely park across the street, walk to old town and castle area very easily and quickly 15-20 minutes. Nothing really it was an overall wonderful stay I would stay there again when I go to Krakow.

Staff was great, shower was awesome. Beds were a little old. Breakfast was nice everyday. Hotel was clean. Great location.

Parking was free. Allowed us to check in early. One of the main reason we picked this hotel was because of the beautiful room decor and pretty bathroom like in the pictures for our room category. The room we got was very blah, bland and unromantic. We were very disappointed.

Great location, beautiful hotel inside and room with everything that you need. Free tea/coffee/water daily. Extensive breakfast in nicely decorated eating area. Also friendly staff. My room was on the side of the road, so there was some noise from cars and a slight tremble from the tram even, but with some earplugs this is easily fixed. Pillows also maybe a little too soft but that's not really a big issue.

The staff was very helpful, the room was big and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast rolls were not fresh on Sunday and they charge for cappuccino and latte coffees. It was very hard to navigate driving to the hotel.

Great location The complimentary bottle of water was open and looks like they add tap water in to the glass bottles. Only mine though

Great location, close to main attractions, very clean, old fasion decor, feels like you are staying in a palace, great breakfast.

Room was comfortable and clean. Internet connections was not good. It is essential for me to have a good internet connection. Internet connection was only 2 bars and often stopped working.

Loved the vintage aesthetic. The room was comfortable and everything worked. There was a nice balcony. Staff were helpful and friendly. Everything was great.

Some noise from the main street that's the only issue.
