Breakfast bag was fantastic and generous on the day we left early

Hotel Polonia is an excellent hotel that was centrally located for walks about the city. It had an "old world" charm complete with a helpful staff and an excellent breakfast buffet. Everything met our wishes in a good hotel.

The hotel’s central location is its only real advantage, everything else was bad. Overall, this was a very uncomfortable stay, and the lack of responsiveness from the staff made it significantly worse. The most unacceptable issue was the air conditioning. It automatically shuts off every three hours, which is extremely disruptive during the night. I raised this multiple times with the staff, including speaking directly with the manager. The response was dismissive and ineffective—“I will see what I can do,” which resulted in nothing being done. They claimed it was a “safety setting,” but could not explain what risk it was addressing or whether it was actually unsafe to keep it running. There was clearly no intention to resolve the issue or improve the guest experience. Additionally, the carpets are uneven and pose a clear tripping hazard. The furniture is outdated and worn, and the curtains do not provide proper blackout, making it difficult to sleep. The windows are extremely old, with poor sealing and insulation, so outside noise comes through very easily. Combined with the already noisy surroundings, this makes resting properly almost impossible. You will hear and feel the vibration of every tram passing by.

Location, Air-conditioning during the summer. Breakfast is simple (not bad), noise from the street. Small TV, water pressure is low.

Witht the convenience comes the noise of the street cars. Laying in bed you could feel them as they passed by.. But all to see and do in Cracow, we were too tired be bother much. But if you are a lite sleeper beware.

Will come back again.

Perfect location. Walking access to the train station, a big shopping center, and old town where everything are. Also just near a tram stop too, so you can go anywhere in the city’s other parts quickly. Historical hotel building from outside and inside, with renovated lobby and rooms. Quite large breakfast. Wide and comfortable room and bathroom. I would definitely stay again. Nothing

The hotel is old, and the rooms are very noisy because of the tram outside. The sound comes through the old windows easily. The furniture is also old and outdated.

Everything Nothing

Hotel Polonia has an "olde worlde" feel, like being in an Agatha Christie movie. The room was sparkling clean, with comfortable beds, and a nice shower. The food at the restaurant was delectable, great Polish food, and we ate there on multiple occasions. We were able to walk to the train, and to many of the places we wanted to see, plus it is across the street from a lovely park. I wouldn't change anything.

Loved the location, the Galician feel, friendly, responsive staff. Good was cozy and felt of the building's era - classy. Bit of an odd, stale water smell from the shower. May be worth management looking into.

I have stayed here four times which says something. Nonetheless I have found the dinners not as good as I hoped. The staff is generally good, though oddly I have encountered one somewhat difficult receptionist and one rather rude maid.

My mom and I loved everything about this place! Amazing food! Loved the staff in the restaurant (shout out to Patrick!) Perfect stay.

The most comfortable beds in the world! Just a beautiful old hotel. Booking.com charged me $11 more than the posted room price on its website. I wrote three times to them about the situation, and included photos - request denied.

The restaurant in hotel provides good foods with reasonable price and the location is closed to shop & train stations

The loveliest old-world hotel that I will only stay in from now on when I visit Krakow.
