Location and staff. It had a tired look and there was no lotion or facial tissue in the bathroom.

Location was great! Near the mall, train station and very close to the old town. Staff was amazing. Our check in clerk was awesome. The breakfast was very good. No complaints, very quaint and would definitely go back again, if I am in Krakow in the future It is an older hotel with character. There really wasn't anything that I didn't like.

Bottled water each day would have been nice. The shower leaked all over the floor. I would have chosen a room not on the noisy street if I had been offered.

The carpets and furniture in the room are pretty old and used and should be exchanged.

Very nice hotel, check in was very quick the room was fine it had a television and was spotless didn't have a kettle but met one of the cleaning staff and they gave us one, the breakfast was very good with a wide variety of fresh fruit salads meats cereals juices etc. Couldn't fault it, there's a pub and a minimarket and nice reasonably priced restaurant, very well located only five minutes walk away from the old Town and railway/bus station Taxis outside of railway very expensive, Got charged 80 zloty for a two minute journey which we thought was very expensive, as we arrived late at night and hadn't a clue where we were.

The suite I was staying in was worn out. There was no fridge or kettle, and the bedroom lacked a door. The toilet was all the way near the entrance, so if you had to get up at night, you'd need to walk through the entire apartment to reach the bathroom.

Perfect location. Extremely close to train station and mall. Stores and food all close to the hotel, old town is an easy walk away.

Location. Also updated rooms for older classic hotel. Nothing. All good.

Location is excellent Staff did not even greet me, neither coming or leaving the hotel. The guy just stood there waiting for me to hand him my passport for check in and handed me the room keys. Not one word of welcome or have a nice stay. Customer service is still a thing people. Also my room key was cut off from 10:30 even though check out was 12 o clock.

Pillows were uncomfortable, no soap dispenser/tray in the shower, bad smell in the room, curtains did not provide good darkness
