Saint Florian's Suites - Old Town Luxury

The location was very convenient for our plans (very close to the railway station and old town). The room was clean and cute. The owner communicated all the needed information. The drainage from the shower was not working properly and the issue seemed to have happened before as after the water was out of the shower in the bathroom, we understood why the inner bathroom door frame was completely ruined at the base, a sign that it has been sitting in water before.

Това е неудобство, когато апартамента се ползва от две семейства, както бяхме ние.

The apartment is well located in the Old Town, close to the train station, which makes it very practical for city exploration. The apartment was on the top (roof) floor and had limited natural light, which is not clearly shown in the photos. However, for a short weekend stay focused on sightseeing, it was still a good choice. One issue was the shower drainage in the bathroom, which was not working properly. This problem has also been mentioned in other reviews.

Laundary facility

Shower drain was plugged with hair. To prevent flooding the floor I had to open and clean the drain myself. This is a maintenance issue that should be addressed by the management. This probably occurs often because the bathroom wood floor trim at the door had existing water damage. It would be nice to have a small dishwasher in the kitchen and small washing machine in the apartment. Parking is expensive but available across the street.

The location just perfect for us, close to old town and train station Because this is an old, renovated building, outside noises like rain, birds, and the street are very loud. It makes it hard for me to sleep at night, especially my daughter. It's a good idea to bring earplugs and an eye mask, as the windows are in the ceiling. The quality of the bed and watching Netflix on the old TV are also very frustrating, and could be improved.

The location is awesome ☺️ This is second experience stay in this place, but on different room. Because this is an old, renovated building, outside noises like rain, birds, and the street are very loud. It makes it hard for me to sleep at night, especially my daughter. It's a good idea to bring earplugs and an eye mask, as the windows are in the ceiling. The quality of the bed and watching Netflix on the old TV are also very disturbing, and could be improved.

Close to the old town and main square but quiet at night

Close to the Old Town, train station, shopping centre - perfect location. Everything was OK

Location, quiet, cleanliness, kitchen was sufficient Skylights right above the bed. You are forced to wake up at daybreak. The shower was backed up, The bed is just a traditional full size, not a queen. Just one pillow per person. No more were available when asked. The room was quite small and didn't at all reflect the ambiance shown in promotional photo.

Lovely apartment, very clean and comfy. The location was wonderful as well, being right around the corner from the central station. All in all would recommend. The only slight issue was that there was not enough toilet paper, and the host did not respond back before they were done for the day. But nothing too crazy. Generally a wonderful stay.

Location close to train station & trams/bus. Nice kitchen. Modern apartment. Elevator. Laundry machines. Poor drain in the shower. TV remote needed replacing. Compromised privacy with neighbors right outside the windows.

The bed is ridiculously noisy. Also, the shower drain is a slow.

The hosts were very helpful and responsive and although we never met in person, their instructions were clear and easy to follow. Property is within walking distance of the Old Town, close enough to enjoy it but far enough to avoid the crowds. There are shops, a local market, and restaurants nearby. The apartment is modern with an elevator and a spacious balcony that’s perfect for relaxing or drying clothes. Wifi was reliable and fast enough for Zoom calls… which was a big plus for us Overall, it was an almost perfect stay! The only minor issue was with the shower drainage. The shower floor is slightly elevated so water can flow out into the powder room and toward the kitchen area. It drains eventually, but just something to be mindful of while showering.
