Hotel Wielopole

The property was clear and i liked the old fashioned way of doing things. The staff was great and really helpful. I enjoyed my stay. Wished it had a restaurant but enough close by so want bad at all

SO clean, friendly staff, location and after a hot day the air con was amazing!

Close to the main part of town. Furnishings were a bit dark and bathroom wasn’t that clean as the shower didn’t drain properly.

My single room was what I expected and perfect: a single bed and smaller room, but with all of the necessities and a good sized bathroom. It was peaceful as it was not facing the street, a/c worked great, and I was very comfortable. Staff at reception welcomed me with smiles and offers to help with anything I needed. I was happy to find lemonade available for guests in the lobby, as it was a very hot day in Krakow. Highly recommend. A little noise from the hall when guests across were arriving, but it never interrupted my sleep.

The location was perfect, near the city center and right next to the pick up stop for tours. Everything was super clean. I booked for 3 person, me and 2 kids, but when I arrived I was told we are getting 1 double bed for all of us, and if we want the 3rd bed we need to pay extra. The room was tiny anyway, so Im not sure there was a room for extra bed. The bed was too soft, old TV. The breakfast was basic. The bread was not fresh.

Excellent location close to the city center. Great staff. The room was a bit small, there were not enough shelves/hooks in the bathroom.

Отель находится рядом с Плантами и всего в пяти минутах ходьбы от площади Главного рынка. Автомобиль мы оставили на уличной парковке перед отелем. Девушка на ресепшене порекомендовала нам скачать приложение и помогла зарегистрироваться, чтобы оплатить парковку (120 злотых в сутки). Персонал отеля приветливый и отзывчивый. Номера не большие, но уютные, чистые. Из нашего окна был красивый вид на отель Holiday Inn на противоположной стороне улицы. Все было замечательно. Если еще раз приедем в Краков, то постараемся остановиться здесь снова.

absolutely lovely hotel, and in a fantastic location. less than 10 minutes walk to the old town main square and lots of bakeries and restaurants in the neighbourhood. bed was so comfortable, especially the pillows. staff were so welcoming and friendly, and there are lots of facilities available on request. I would definitely stay here again when I return to Krakow lighting in room isn't the best, but this could've just been my particular room as I was at the back of the hotel

The room was very cozy and comfortable. I liked the traditional style of decor and both the room and bathroom were clean. The AC worked well and it was also nice to have a mini fridge in the room. The staff was also very helpful and nice. They lent me an iron to iron my clothes and I was able to leave my luggage after checking out. The location is fantastic too! It's a short walk to the old town. There's also a tram stop just a minute away, which made exploring the city easy. Nothing
