Very clean. Great location and the guests relation person was very nice and helpful. I wouldn’t rate this property 4 stars. We had the superior room, but it was disappointing. The bathroom only had shampoo, body wash, and hand soap, and the towels were small and of poor quality. Some of our friends in the standard room had toiletries, bath robes, and slippers. When we asked the front desk about the difference in amenities, they were unfriendly and dismissive.

Location was great For a 4 star hotel they did not provide conditioner for hair and body lotion. When asked for it, they said we had to pay more money. Find it very rude for basic amenities. The staff denied us of basic amenities that should be provided from a 4 star hotel.

We only spent our last night here, and honestly, I wish we had stayed longer. I was really impressed with the property. The lobby and rooms were beautifully designed, and the overall atmosphere was fantastic. The staff was kind, welcoming, and very helpful. The location is great, right across from the shopping mall for those who find that important, and about a 10-minute walk from the Old Town center. When we left in the middle of the night, they gave us pretzels for the journey, which was a very thoughtful gesture and really came in handy at the airport. We would be very happy to come back. Excellent location, close to train station, restaurants, and transportation. Friendly staff, squeaky clean, had bathtub/shower combo and very comfortable beds.

From the moment we walked in the receptionist super friendly very professional and kind. The restaurant stuff very nice , food was really good and the breakfasts service amazing. Constantly bringing fresh food non stop cleaning use plates asking if we need anything definitely very professional.overall great experience we will definitely stay in this hotel again. Everything was really good nothing truly to complain about.

I Had a great short stay at Mercure. modern, clean rooms with comfy beds and excellent service. The friendly staff made everything easy. Loved the location and relaxed atmosphere — perfect for a quick city break
