The room was lovely and spacious with a separated living area. It was great to also have a door in the bedroom which wasn't linked to the main hotel corridor as it really blocked out any noise which may have come from the corridor. It was an incredibly clean hotel and the AC got the room to a perfect temperature, we also enjoyed using the balcony when waiting for the AC to get everything nice and cool in the evenings. The biggest thing for me was a lack of milk for coffee in the morning. Also the towels could do with replacing as they were starting to go very stringy, and the bathroom titles got very slippery when wet. As for noise you could hear a bit of road noise when the windows were shut, but not enough to stop me from sleeping (I'm a very light sleeper).

Perfect location. Interior modern. Air conditioner. Room was big . Book it and dont even think about it. Helpful friendly reception. They are really kind. No slippers in bathroom, water doesnt go away so it is slippery.

Quite place no disturbance location Cleaning services take ur own bedsheets, below cover and blankets ? I believe almost all hotels have same cleaning standards except high quality hotels is different

The room is big and has good lighting. Nothing

The breakfast was really good. Many options, including omelets made to order, included in the price. Fresh fruit, even prosecco. The breakfast staff was excellent! The house keeping service was not consistent. One day the beds were made, garbages emptied and new bath mat. Another the beds were half made, one different than the other. We never got addition water or the containers filled. They were glass containers filled on site, refillable. I wish they had been refilled daily. Reception was unable to post a postcard for me. I had all the postage stamps already. In every other country I’ve traveled recently (7 countries) they’ve happily posted my postcards for me.

Location was okay. Discovered interesting communities near by with plenty of restaurants. Twin beds were a bit small.

Hotel i's located in a very nice area.It has many shops, cafes and restaurants nearby.The central square is just ten minutes walk.It has also tram station outside. It's also very clean, spacious, it smells beautiful and that it was a very good choice, highly recommended. Everything was good

The breakfast actually surprised us! They had hot choices included- eggs, omelette, oatmeal. They had pancakes, waffles, cold cut selection- typical European breakfast options. They even had mimosas available! It was a little pricey, but the convenience for us outweighed the cost. The room was spacious and they had an elevator Breakfast was pricey but worth it

Lovely staff, very helpful, patient and kind. Spacious, minimalist and clean room. Perfect location (right in the middle between the old city and the Jewish quarter). The blankets were too short, so we had to choose between shoulders out and feet out.. There is only shampoo in the room in a container. The container didn't work well. No conditioner. If we had known in advance, we would have brought from home.

Excellent location. Great value for the low price in that neighborhood. The staff is very professional, kind, knowledgeable and bilingual. I have stayed here 4 times. The showers are very tiny. They should have a shower shelf inside the shower itself there's nowhere to put your toiletries while you are bathing. The bathroom fan does not work. We have always stayed in the same room so perhaps this is just a problem with this particular room. The hotel only gives ONE KEY!!? if you are staying with a group and going your separate ways for a few hours you need to leave the key with reception. Also the pillows were a bit lumpy. I was unable to control the temperature in our hotel room. There is no phone inside the room and the intercom does not work.

The hotel is located in an excellent area near Krakow’s Old Town. We really enjoyed the kind and attentive service of the hotel staff, especially the warm and friendly attitude of the dining room staff. The furniture in the room is beautiful and of high quality. We stayed in a very spacious family room. I highly recommend this hotel. The only downside is that the breakfast is the same every day. There isn’t much variety. Although there are many options, it’s not very enjoyable to have the same breakfast for an entire week.
