a lack of minibar, el. kettle and furniture in the room

One thing this hostel missing is an elevator. It was tough to bring a huge suitcases to a third floor.

Since there weren't that many people standing around, I was able to sleep peacefully.

We could check in few hours earlier and the staff allowed us to store luggage after check out which was a big advantage for us as we needed to take a night train on check out day. The room is spacious and everything was good. Location is convenient too.

Room too small

The apartment is well located, there are restaurants, cafes and shops around, and you're close to cultural objectives situated in city center.
-
The building is a bit older and you can hear the other guests as they come and go.

It was quiet and clean. I liked self service when took keys. It’s a bad water in this part of Krakow, so water filter or bottle of water as a compliment would be very appreciated. No toiletries at all. I haven’t been prepared for this situation as even very cheap hostels provide as least shower soap. The same was with instant coffee, milk, serials

Exceptionally hospitable hosts, super polite and responsive to all our enquiries and whims. Very clean and warm place with home-like atmosphere. We ❤️ heartily recommend it to anyone who needs accommodation in Krakow. Will come back again to this lovely place! The dorm room was as good as the double room. There isn't a single thing that we disliked.

The lockers were difficult to operate as they lacked proper handles. One guest believed I was trying to open their locker.

The location was great. The staff was nice. It was dirty, unpleasant, the wifi barely worked half the time and it was cold inside. The bedroom had a glass panel set door and when people enter the corridor at 2am you get woken up. There was mould in the bathroom shower cabin.

They check us in early with no extra charges since the room is ready:). close to the city center especially to wawel castle. the walls are a bit thin you can hear the walking and a bit of sounds from other room. none

Lots of stairs, but to be expected in an old building.

This apartment is in a good spot in town, it's on a main street where trams, busses etc pass by, and it's easy walking distance to Old Town, The Wawel, and the Jewish Quarter. It's also an interesting old building with period features. The staff weren't around much but when they were they were friendly. It was an absolute bargain, costing us about £60 total for two nights stay, and even though it was very basic, I would probably stay here again and just adjust my expectations. The booking said towels were included, which technically they were, however, for two adults we were provided with two hand towels, which is clearly insufficient. I found someone's hair in the shower, entangled around the shower hose. The room is advertised with a terrace view but we just had a window that faced out onto what looked like a service yard. If there were kitchen facilities (like microwave, kettle, etc) they certainly weren't in our room and nobody told us where to find them. I feel like perhaps we were put in the most basic of all the rooms and that the photos used to sell rooms are the best ones available, therefore not representative of what you actually get.

Location is good. Everything well.

Some people weren't too respectful of the quiet hours but that's to be expected. No big deal.

Not washing machine
-
More mirror in bathroom. Maybe they can put a mirror tint on the window or something.

Great location and contactless check in, I was able to check in after hours! There was only 1 bathroom with a sink, so a little difficult to share
