The breakfast was great, it had traditional Polish food combined with a wide selection of breakfast foods.

There was no air conditioning in the room, only fans. It can also get quite noisy at night, especially on weekends if your room faces the street.

The building itself is beautiful and full of character, giving the hotel a unique and authentic atmosphere. Our room was spotless, well maintained, and very comfortable. The bed was especially comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep after a day of sightseeing. The combination of the hotel's historic charm, excellent cleanliness, comfortable accommodations, and unbeatable location made our stay truly enjoyable. I would gladly stay at Hotel Pollera again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kraków.

Great location. Close to the main rail/bus station and a short walk to market square, the castle or the Vistula. Bed was not very comfortable

Beautiful property and great location. Street was busy so noise in the morning. Guys above us were really loud. We were in the apartment.

We loved the old-time charm of the hotel. It's perfectly located in the heart of the old town, so everything is within walking distance. All hotel areas are spotless and well maintained and breakfast is quite nice.

This is our second stay at Pollera. We love the location, we love the hotel and the history of it. The rooms are spotless, comfortable beds, lovely linen and peacefulness. Staff is very professional and accommodating. Communication is excellent. Highly recommended. Thank you. We did not have breakfast there. I am sure it excellent.

It’s unique style and character, very central location, the beautiful view on the historic buildings of Słowacki Theater and the gothic church of Holy Cross. The nicest and helpful staff, super comfortable bed with crispy linens and the spacious bathroom.

There is no ac in the rooms only a ceiling fan, while in the hotel corridor there is good ca. It was very warm and we had to open the windows, which brought in a lot of noise from the street all night long. I wasn’t able to sleep at all that night

The biggest advantage of this hotel is the location, just in the old-city, 2 minutes walking from the main square which is wonderful, the best restaurants we ate in are in this street, staff is good, breakfast is wonderful. No AC in the room, but there was a fan with remote control.

It was exceptionally clean - front desk staff were very helpful and friendly. Location was super!! Short walk to Old Town Square, convenience stores and restaurants.. A beautiful historic hotel!!!
