Best location in Old Town Krakow. Hotel was, clean and upscale. Staff very nice. I upgraded to a "Premier Room" as offered on Booking.Com. The Premier Rooms were listed as balcony and city view. My room was neither. When questioned - Front desk told me it was a premier room. My room was on the first floor across the street from a bar. Noise all night long. No balcony and no city view. I will never take the upgrade option on Booking.com and will not stay at Wyndham again. The upgraded price was a horrible value for the room i was assigned. Please see attached photos of the view from my room. I really feel I am due a refund for the difference between the price of my original room and the price I paid for the supposed "upgrade"

The hotel is incredibly clean and the bed was so comfortable. The location is excellent, making it super convenient to get around. All the staff members were friendly and helpful. The spa and the swimming pool were absolutely amazing. We will return! Nothing

The staff were excellent and recommended some great restaurants. The location is excellent - walking distance to the train station and Old Town. The room also had a full size shower! The air conditioning could be easier to use. We had the front desk to get the temperature lowered.

For a family trip, this is what you need. Room was sufficient enough - extra sofa bed was big and comfortable enough for kids. Breakfast was wonderful. Location is amazing. Main bed comfort & pillow quality needs to be improved. Curtains are very poor, if you would like to sleep more after sun rise. Room temperature is low for those who are not familiar with weather conditions in Krakow.

Clean,excellent facilities,excellent breakfast,professional staff We had booked the king suite,big and comfortable,but there was no window to the outside world. The view was in the breakfast area and an internal corridor,we should keep our curtains closed
