The recently renovated 5-star Hotel Pod Różą is housed in a Renaissance palace in Kraków's Old Town, just off the Main Market Square. It features elegant restaurant and stylish, air-conditioned rooms. Pod Różą is the oldest hotel in Kraków and hosted many famous guests since the 17th century. Location was perfect right in the center. Breakfast of high quality products. Room was spacious and comfortable bed and high quality bedding. The reception and restaurant stuff could be more welcoming and friendly with a smile.

The location was very good, in the centre of the old town. The bed was comfortable. The level of cleanliness was not satisfying, as there were dirty spots on the beddings and I had to ask to change them. The facilities in bathroom were not much functional due to bad design, for example the showering section is half open so water would always come out. Some reception staff were not friendly nor much helpful. The spa turned out to be just a sauna, not really a “spa” - met another guest there who also said it was “rather disappointing”.

The most beautiful hotel I've ever been to. The title of the oldest hotel in Krakov made me a bit suspicious, but nothing felt "old and not taken cared of", the design was very high end full of style, with amazing touches of vintage in a good sense and modern. The room was very big, the bathroom was amazing and absolutely everything felt like the best design magazine brought to life. The Spa was wow, felt so clean, tastefully designed and very well managed. The service was very attentive. The restaurant was amazing - great breakfast and also a great lunch deal. Will not think twice whether to stay again and recommend to all of my friends to come. Simply the best. Nothing
