Very poor service. I stayed with my mom and there were no towels in the room when we arrived. I called reception many times during the day and no one ever answered. We literally had to use paper towels as a replacement, which is unacceptable. At check-out they said towels are free—so why were they not provided? It makes no sense. I didn’t see towels on other beds either. Very disappointing and poorly managed.

The bed and sheets were surprisingly comfy despite it’s militaristic appearance. It was a pretty clean place except maybe the kitchen but I think that’s expected for most hostels. You get what you pay for. Staff were nonexistent when checking out, you can hear what seems like constant arguing between the staff, the place feels like sleeping over in a strangers house, the bathroom is lackluster and the walls are so thin you can everything no matter how far you are from the noise. Loose doorhandle upon exiting the premises. No tour of the place upon check-in. This place lacks hospitality and life. You get what you pay for although I highly recommend looking elsewhere because upon arriving I felt like I was scammed despite how cheap the place is. The only thing going for it is the location but there’s plenty of other and better maintained locations. Also the dog. Don’t tell me that dog does NOT look like a skin walker. It was a puppy in other photos and videos but it ain’t anymore.

The bed was comfy Minimal safety, the only reason I felt comfortable was because I had my own room that actually locked, the bathrooms were not clean and had no toilet paper even after asking, staff was rude in person and impossible to contact over booking.com and on WhatsApp

I had a very dissapointed experience at this hostel. There was an american man at our room . He had this custom of staying awake at the sitting area until 4 am speaking loudly while working and then from 4 am to 6 am in the morning (as that was not enough) he was on his bed in the room doing the same thing on his computer , screaming or speaking loudly making impossible for me to sleep. I warned him a few times but seems clearly he was not a suitable person for hostel neither for Europe in my perception. But the worst thing was he kept staying for a week on his bed , rarely getting out the room, no shower at all so the room was smelling very very bad , it was kind of insupportable. One day im not 100 % sure but there was kind of a liquid on the floor coming from his bed, looking like pee , even other guest they was in shock. He left that thing there from the midday after the cleaning guy left to the midnight when he decided he wanted to clean it. During my warning to him he had the audacity to say threatening words to me he like: “dude im a soldier “ something i didnt really care , but i want to remind him from here that a true soldier never would keep saying that kind of things to people, less in public. I sent a message to the hostel to find a solution of this problem but they didnt even bother to give me an answer from a channel we had spoken before. So they just didnt care. Im not giving a one just for the nice guy who was doing the cleaning. Very careful person. The hostel is very central and good and clean actually , with a small problem of shaky beds but that can be changed. Im giving this low valuation for them not bothering saying nothing about this situation.

the mattress was comfortable and the location was awesome it could have been a little cleaner but it wasn’t gross.

Good location very close to city centre No heating in middle of November ,no washing mashine like mentioned in the booking , no towels as expected.No staff at the property as it says in booking . Also ne info about local attraction for new turists. Also hostel doors not working especially the front main door I could not get in until someone come at one point. Never meet any staff during my stay at any one point . Not easy to find the property if coming first time signage should be improved for new arrivals.

The bar downstairs makes so much noise at nights

Clean, comfortable, well stocked, amazing location, electrical outlets next to every bed, secure lockers for storage Rarely ever encountered staff, luckily we had no issues so it wasn't a big deal, only one toilet

Pros: nice location, very clean, very friendly, nice bed, easy self check-in. Totally worth for money experience. I would highly recommend to any traveler that like hostels. We had lockers WITH keys also, but no towels. The wi-fi does NOT work, only a LITTLE BIT in the kitchen. I had to be on data the WHOLE time. I was going to give a 10/10 but I have a serious issue with the owners. I messaged them the day of the booking (1 month ago) that I need a bottom bunk bed because I have mobility issues. They totally disregard my message or seen it but didn't care and they gave me a top bed. I even offered to show a doctor's notice BUT it didn't matter. This is kind of disrespectful from my point of view. I really do not care for the wi-fi but the bed matter was a very serious problem for me.

Good location. Decent sized room. There's a window you can open for fresh air. It's not one of those social hostels. It's more like a sleeping-only hostel. Just a place to go back to and sleep at night. The beds were fairly thin, but staff is nowhere to be seen. There is a staff there, but you never really see them. So you could view it as pretty much a self-service hostel. No towels provided, so you have to bring your own, which is inconvenient for a light solo traveler. Bathrooms are mediocre. No towels or paper towels to dry your hands.

If you bring heavy luggage the stairs will not help. My check out was at 11, I had already left the room but needed to finish cooking, I would have hoped for a little flexibility but the cleaning lady refused and told me to leave. There is no living room in their second floor and the kitchen is small. I was lucky not many people cooked at the same time
