Everything There we nothing to not like about the property
-
Location in the center, amazingly luxurious rooms that felt like a museum.
-
Location excellent, old style decor. Excellent service during the day from reception ladies. No mirror in the bedroom. Pillows not great quality, everything kept falling off bathroom shelves. No bath foam or salts.Unable to connect with restaurant on the telephone. Had to wait a long time ( twice) for reception to answer the phone in the evening. Cacophonic loud music at breakfast, not relaxing. Breakfast was adequate meat and cheese selection poor. No Netflix.

We stayed at the Bonerowski Palace Boutique Hotel for two nights in Kraków, and overall it was an excellent experience. The room was beautiful, the location was perfect, and the service was outstanding. Every member of staff was friendly, professional, and made us feel very welcome. Everything else was truly spot on. The only disappointment was the shower. The bathroom only had a handheld shower, which made it uncomfortable to have a proper shower. For a 5-star hotel, I expected a fixed overhead shower or a more practical setup. I hope this is not the case in all rooms, as it's something the hotel should definitely improve. Apart from that one issue, everything else was fantastic, and I would happily stay here again.

Location on main square. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel has interesting interior, especially the largest chandelier in Poland. Has small areas well appointed for a relaxing chat which were preferable to staying in room. Did not use leisure facilities as temperature outside was already in mid 30°s. Food was good quality but not cheap. Service was slower than I would have expected and we gave up waiting for someone to take our order once and ate elsewhere . Staff were young and I feel lacking in direction. When busy they really worked hard but when quite they took their eyes off the ball and chatted.

What a wonderful hotel. Staff were very cheerful and really helpful. My room was lovely and very spacious. Despite the Old Town location it was really quiet inside which was wonderful. Fabulous breakfast with a wide range of cold items plus hot items cooked to order. I will be returning.

Fantastic property in the best location right on the main square. Whilst an older property it is immaculately maintained with stunning bedrooms, bathrooms and communal areas. The staff are exceptional. The breakfast should not be missed - al la carte hot food to order and full cold buffet. The restaurant is also good with outside seating in the square. Nothing
