It’s was a beautiful property just a block away from the main square
-
Staff are remarkable and hotel is perfectly situated. Breakfast was excellent and the Andy Warhol exhibit an added benefit. All was perfect
-
Everything - the decor, the rooms, the dining area and the staff. Nothing
-
Overpriced for a tiny room, not enough towels or soaps. Breakfast items were not replaced in a timely manner.
-
Room was just ok.

Great hotel amazing reception
-
It is a beautifully classic hotel in the heart of Old Town, with spacious rooms, soft light, a gym and a sauna, and the main square just outside the door. There was nothing to dislike.

Very convenient to Market square and walking distance to my events The toilet installed in the bathroom could not be sat on as one normally would - the heater was to close to the seat not allowing for leg room and the sink was intrusive to the left - I don’t imagine that a building inspector would have allowed this to pass There is not 15 inches from the toilet center to a wall nor 21 inches of clearance from the seat edge This made it extremely difficult to use the toilet I am a female and had to stand to wipe - I could forget about trying to use it to eliminate my bowels. I had to go to a restaurant in the area if needed. I was in room 59 - I asked to be moved - the desk host said there were no other rooms .. I told her my circumstances- I stayed from Tuesday afternoon till Saturday morning at 3:00 am - I paid over $900 The lights in the hall ways are motion lights and only come on with a number of fixtures The ones near my door did not illuminate far enough to see where to put my key card in the wall to turn on the room lights and the cabinet was only inches from it - I had to use my flashlight to see where to put it as if I dropped it it would be difficult to retrieve in the small space between the wall and the cabinet

Location, and overall ambience were great. Some of staff very friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed. Size of the room was great. Very low water pressure in the shower. No conditioner. We got drinking water only at the first two days. Drinking glasses were not changed during our three nights stay. We expected more of a five star hotel.

Interior is very dull , it’s not a luxury vintage it’s like old school, full of plastic plants
-
Amazing, Simply amazing! A former Palace owned by a Polish Prince Centuries ago, quite lavish. Huge High Ceilings, classical artwork and 19th Century luxury decor. Quite reasonable pricing and extreme value No Complaints.
-
The location The electricity stopped working at mid night - the phones did not work and we had to sleep with no light and very hot conditioned. The next day they fixed it only for the electricity to go out again after two hours!

1. Very slow, off and on WI-FI connection. 2. No kettle for making hot water for tea or coffee. 3. They put only two small size towels in the bathroom. After calling several times, they sent 4 more pieces of little bigger sizes. Still not like the towers normally available at a 5 star hotel.
-
The hotel is dated. Small bathroom with a tub and a wall mounted shower and glass enclosure. Difficult to get in and out. I have no idea why there are five stars plaque when you enter.

Good location and good service
-
The breakfast was well prepared offering a wide variety of food. The dining area is quite posh. I wish the bed was not in a corner, rather center of one of the walls.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff were very nice. They all spoke English too, which was very helpful as a foreigner

People very friendly, excellent ambiance, location, room and breakfast. As a friendly suggestion change the carpets and fake plants.
