The hotel is in an excellent location, the rooms very confortable and friendly staff. We use laundry service and it was done in less time than I expected. I did not like breakfast and I thought it was too expensive for the options available.

Awesome location. Amazing architecture that blends modern design into an older building. Great rooftop bar with a view of the city square; and an excellent breakfast bar with fresh squeezed orange and grapefruit juice. Very comfortable room. Nothing really. There was some late-night street noise from party goers on Saturday evening, but we really did not care.

Location is perfect for first time visitors to Krakow Didn’t feel any connection to the hotel

We have been shown multiple rooms but only 1 looked truly like in the pictures on booking.com. The room ended up being extremely noisy in the morning. We needed earplugs to sleep. I found the bed and the pillows not comfortable at all. The breakfast was very expensive, >30 euro/person which was way too much for Poland.

Perfect location, right beside Rynek Glowny but still not noisy in the rooms. The rooms are really comfortable, the breakfast was great and the building itself is really beautiful and has won architectural awards. It was also really useful to have the spa and pool after long days walking around the city. Nothing.

The pool was under renovation and we were not able to use it. It would have been helpful if that information was posted and available to read during the reservation process. I was traveling with my senior citizen mom, and daughter, and relying on the pool to help with daily exercises.
