Great modern hotel just off the old town square. The room was lovely and the interior decoration exceptional especially the underground bar/nightclub. Breakfast was excellent The breakfast room was too small for the number of guests

Hotel is in a great location in the old town. The staff were very good. The room is decorated in keeping with its era. We thought the bedroom we had was small. The bed was a good size and had a thick mattress and good quality bedding. The bathroom was really big and had good quality fitments and toiletries, in bottles fixed to the wall. Breakfast was good. Buffet style also a choice of freshly made to order options as well We found the storage minimal. 3 hangers each and 1 small shelf above the fridge. The wardrobe was very narrow and was also the storage for the ironing board. When we took that out we had to be careful where we put it so it wouldn't be a trip hazard in the night The safe was in the base of the wardrobe, which would possibly be tricky for people with mobility issues to access There is a mini bar. We found it very expensive, approximately €15 for 187 MLS of white wine There were two macaroons on a plate when we arrived. Nice gesture but they were uncovered which didn't appeal to me. They were still there 4 days later when we left These are only small niggles, that prevent me from giving it a higher score. I would stay here again if I was in that area in the future

Location This is marked as a 5 star hotel, but it should be more a 4 star hotel. It is quite an average hotel and it was not worth the price at all.

The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of Kraków Old Town, with everything within easy walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were very nice, welcoming and helpful, and the hotel itself was comfortable and well maintained. Everything was excellent. Definitely will come again. Nothing in particular. Everything was good and we had a very pleasant stay.

Fabulous location, just 5 mins walk from Main square but quiet at night. All staff were very friendly and helpful including the housekeeping team. Great breakfast and also provided a packed takeaway breakfast one morning when we had a very early start. I highly recommend this hotel. I would change the pillows to a firmer support - we both found them too soft (although we were given extra pillows promptly on request, so thanks to the housekeeping team for this).

The location; Helpful and kindly stuff, wide cleanliness room ; nearby to most of the old town activities Unfortunately the hotel booked me a room with no shower in the toilet ; they offered a banyo (bathtub) which is not suitable with us

This hotel was genuinely above my expectations. The room was spacious, beautiful and extremely clean, with a very comfortable bed, excellent blackout curtains and a fantastic shower. The air conditioning was also outstanding. We stayed during a heatwave, with temperatures reaching 38°C outside, and the room remained perfectly cool at 18°C. This was especially important to me and made a huge difference to our stay. The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful, and everything about the hotel was excellent. I honestly could not recommend it more. Nothing at all!
