If I could I would buy the bed, the linen, the douvet and pillows, unfortunately only had a place in the trolley to buy the bath robe.

Everything. Best hotel we have ever stayed at. Pleasant and helpful staff. We forgot what true service was like until our stay. One day a tour left before our breakfast and they gave us a very generous breakfast bag. Difficult to find by car. Once there, very convenient location.

The hotel was exceptional. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the Old Town and major attractions. The staff were extremely helpful, professional, and always willing to assist. The room was elegant, spacious, and very comfortable. Nothing at all. Everything exceeded my expectations.

The location of this hotel was perfect. It was easy to walk and be in the heart of Old Town. We loved the room. It was large and the bed was extremely comfortable. We especially loved the breakfast buffet. The made-to-order items were fantastic and the items on the buffet were delicious. Would stay here again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay. Everything was perfect — the room was spacious, impeccably clean, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive. We especially loved the spa and the breakfast, which offered a wide variety of options.

The location, close to the old town square, restaurants and 24hrs grocery shops. Towels were clean and very nice. They gave us a complimentary sweets since we were celebrating an occassion while we were there. The pillow smells, maybe because I am pregnant that I am kinda sensitive to smell but even my husband reacted too. We lacked stuff in the room that we have tp call the housekeeping so that they can give us the things that was lacking for example HAND SOAP. Nevertheless we enjoyed the whole stay and would still come back next time.

Exceptional Staff & Stunning Facilities • What I loved: The staff were the highlight of the trip—so helpful and kind! The facilities are also incredible; everything is brand new and very high quality. • Verdict: 10/10 experience. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stress-free, luxury stay.

The staff was exceptionally attentive and super helpful. The facilities were very clean and nice. The room was large with plenty of space. The amenities were excellent - we used the spa, pool, hot tub, and sauna which were all excellent. We also had dinner at the nice restaurant - a very fun experience and delicious food. We were in during the Christmas Market time - the location was perfect. It was far enough away there wasn't any noise or crowds near the hotel but very close to easily get to the market in a minute or two. Not much, only small things to nitpick about. They provide a tiny table with one chair - we pulled chair over from the desk area. It would be nice to have larger table and two chairs in bedroom - we liked having coffee in morning with some treats and sitting together so having more table space and two chairs would have been nicer. The hotel was at higher end of cost which we knew booking it. For example the breakfast was very expensive - we didn't use it but instead just visited local places which were great due to location - and recommended excursions were very expensive that we ended up using third party to do activities.

SERVICE!!!! From the moment I parked the car in front of the hotel to check in to the spa employees the service you get is exceptional! Very detail oriented, helpful, going beyond to make each guest feel welcome and taken care of! Few streets from main square and park that surrounds the old town - great location especially when you have car and don’t have to drive through the crowded streets.

All was as expected or better the spa was exceptionally well designed and most pleasant to use, perhaps the junior suite where we stayed could have been more spacious, it felt a bit crowded when walking around.

Nice room - amazing breakfast (superb omelets and eggs Benedict with marinated Salmon, great coffee) . Excellent service from friendly staff. Great location for exploring the city. Temperature control in the room seemed a little bit vague - A/C came on but only after the room became a bit too warm (i.e. several degrees above the set temp).
