The hotel has an amazing decor, it was clean and the staff was helpful and very nice. We got the family room which is two connected rooms so very spacious.The hotel is in great location. The location is great but tram stop is far due to construction. The pillows were not comfortable.

Location was excellent, big room and bathroom. No mirror in the bedroom to do hair or makeup. There was a mirror in the bathroom but no plug socket so impossible to dry your hair while looking at it. Coffee mugs too small for the large pour coffee spills everywhere and the small cup is too small. We were given a room that when unlocking the door and entering it was already in use by someone else. Very embarrassing for both parties.

The property is beautiful and kept immaculately clean and tidy. The entrance is very charming and welcoming. The staircase is quite spectacular and unexpected when you arrive at the hotel. Our room was a double suite, so we had a bedroom, main bathroom, a relaxation room with sofa and another toilet. The location is absolutely perfect for a short stay in the old town of Krakow. Everything you need is a quick walk away. Surrounded by beautiful restaurants and bars and a short stroll to the old square with the bugle and St Mary’s Bascilica. Nothing bad to say.

Loved the location, the decor and mostly the staff. There is nothing not to like. If I am to be picky, The bathroom could use some upgrade to attain luxury level, although still in a very good condition.

The space of the room, the location The breakfast wasn’t so great, and there weren’t as many options as people mentioned in the reviews. And for a five-star hotel, they should at least have the courtesy to offer to take our luggage to the room instead of leaving us to carry it ourselves
