Excellent location for exploring the easily walkable old town. Delicious breakfasts and evening meals in the restaurant. Old-world charm with vaulted ceilings and larger than life artwork. Staff all pleasant and helpful. Would recommend to my friend and family.. No USB charging points in my room..

Good location..next to Florian Gate, Ring Road, 5 minute walk to Market Square and 10 minute walk to Krakow train station. Many trams and buses within a few minutes’ walk. Numerous shops and restaurants nearby. Be aware of Kantors…money changers on Florianska Street. Rates and honesty seem to vary. Hotel breakfast is very adequate. Property is exceptionally clean. It’s a well maintained old line hotel with a cozy atmosphere. All was good for a week’s stay. Can offer no suggestions for improvement.

Clean hotel with historic furnishings/decor. Beds were comfortable. Very large rooms with lots of space in the bathroom. Easy walk from the train station but within the old town of Krakow. Breakfast is not included but there were some cafes very close by. A little noisy at night from people walking out of the old town area.
