Feniks Main Square by Fragola Collection

It was not as advertised. Very small. Pictures looked very different from reality. Balcony in aly. Good place to sleep. Would be bad for long stay. People were very nice

Location was great near the central square. We had a balcony which was nice to sit out on. Shower, towels were all good. We did not use the kitchen facilities but I could see us wanting to in the future. The pillows were no good. The look good on the bed when it’s made up but too thick- we both got neck aches that lasted for hours. Also the AC would not turn off- it was hot so we appreciated it but it would have been nice to alter the temperature.

Great location, comfortable, clean room and beds, nice staff. The loud noise every time we ran any water or flushed the toilet. The noise from bar downstairs. We were lucky we were on the third floor so we were mostly ok and didn’t actually need the provided earplugs. But I can’t imagine what it would sound and feel like on the lower floor right above it.

Stayed in Mirror Studio w/window seating. Great place to hang out after a long day and watch the activity outside. Great location central to the main square. Helpful staff made leaving luggage for the day easy and assisted with directions and recommendations. Very large for European lodging. Would definitely return!

Great location. High quality AC which was much appreciated during the heat wave. Friendly staff.

There isn’t coffee machine for espresso.

The location and room selection were top notch. We had direct view of the square with a sitting area. We stayed in a two bedroom apartment and had plenty of room for the family. Everything about this room is perfect from the location, to the bedding, to the bathrooms. This was our third time staying at Feniks Fragola and would surely return again.

There are no shades at the windows.

It was very well taken care of and beautiful. The location is perfect and within walking distance of many restaurants and the market. I liked everything.

Easy check in. Staff was very efficient and approachable. The apartment as really clean. And the area as very close to the main square with lot of choice of restaurants and cafes. I would recommend it. There were no towel hangers. When I booked, the main pictures on booking.com didn't match the actual room.

Location was great! Room was updated and comfortable.

It was a little loud at night, this isn't something that bothers us much as we always have a white noise app running on our phones, but just to let people who may be more sensitive to sound be aware!

During our stay, the noise levels were very disruptive. Guests on the main floor were extremely loud and woke us up several times in the early morning hours as our room was located right next to the front desk of the 3rd floor. Additionally, other guests repeatedly slammed the doors when entering and leaving the complex. This issue could easily be resolved if the front door on the 3rd floor leading to Fragolas were replaced—especially considering the amount of money we paid for our stay in Polish PLN. The booking description on Booking.com was also unclear. The listing should clearly state that a courtyard view refers to the inner part of the building, not the direction of the Rynek. When booking, the photos included an image of a balcony on the rynek side, so I naturally assumed the room faced the Rynek and would offer morning views of the main square. Instead, our room faced the inner courtyard, which was disappointing and not what we expected especially for how much we paid per night for our room. Courtyard view rooms should be substantially cheaper.

Great location, beautiful apartment. Loved the window seat! Staff were very helpful arranging tour, taxi and helping us with the washing facilities.

I stayed at Feniks Fragola for a week in early April and could not have been happier with the choice. The location is simply unbeatable ,right in the heart of the Old Town, with everything you could want just steps away. Whether you are heading to the Main Market Square, exploring the castle, or finding a great restaurant for dinner, you are perfectly positioned to do it all without ever needing a taxi. The room was clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, but the real showstopper was the three large bay windows. Each one features built-in seating with pillows, and together they frame a breathtaking view directly over the Market Square. A perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee or simply sitting and watching the square come to life below. The view alone is worth booking this place for me. The one minor note I would offer is that there is some creaking in the wood flooring between the two rooms , nothing that affected the stay in any meaningful way, but worth mentioning for those who are light sleepers. Beyond that small detail, I loved everything about Feniks Fragola and would not hesitate to recommend it. In fact, I fully intend to return on my next visit to Kraków.

Our apartment has the best view of the old town square. I can stay there all day people watching. The free coffee and tea is a nice touch. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. The 3 different set of codes to enter the building, the floor and the apartment is a challenge, you just have to put the numbers in your phone. I definitely would stay here again. Nothing.
