Garamond, a Tribute Portfolio Hotel, Krakow Old Town

A lovely hotel that appears high class. Friendly staff. I nice restaurant and bar in the basement area. They sometimes have live music there as well. About a 10-15 minute walk from the train station. The hotel is a very short walk from the city center. Nothing I can think of. I have nothing to add here. I'm just writing sentences to fill space... All is well. Nothing more to add. The hotel is great!

Excellent location, near the main market square and railway station, but still peaceful. Very friendly staff. Clean room, comfortable bed, good shower. The breakfast arrangement is a little unusual combination of service, prepared small portions and buffet, but the food is great. The hotel lacks a cosy lounge.

Everything was perfect! The location is excelent to move around the city regardless the means. Very confortable room, all the hotel is well kept, clean and designed with very good taste. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with the hairdryer and was solved promptly by the front desk, unfortunetly I forgot the name of the women that helped me with this, but she was blond and had short hair . At the restaurant, we were very well served by Darina. We didn't have a reservation and the restaurant was fully booked, even so she managed to find us a table and serve us with care and dedication. The breakfast was an amazing experience, everything we ate was really good and well presented. Nothing.

Overall great experience. Big shout out to the breakfast that was hands down the best breakfast I've ever had at a hotel, on par with a good quality restaurant. Great menu options, salads and small dishes to try. 11/10 Connecting to the Internet was tricky and required a bit of know-how (hidden option to 'use the connection as is' that I haven't seen anywhere else). Even when connected, Internet was spotty inside the room and in the dining room. I used my phone data via hotspotting most of the time.

Stunning property, excellent location. And the lady at the front desk check and not only was she extremely helpful but very caring but also had a huge hilarious heart she really knows how to read her customers and make them feel very warm and welcomed .
