Park Inn by Radisson Krakow

The breakfast was amazing, a wide selection of sweet and savory options and it was possible to make your own waffles. The room was nice and spacious and the location next to the ICE was perfect, but it was also not far to the city center. The elevators were not working one morning and the stairs only lead to the outside. It should be possible to use the stairs within the hotel.

The room is really comfortable and spacious, the location is nice, 10 mins walk from the castle, and about 20 mins from the city center. Haven't tried the breakfast so no comment on that. We liked everything.

I like the room capacity only The room rate is significantly overpriced considering the level of service the hotel provides. there is no housekeeping service and no luggage assistance to help guests carry their bags to their room. Most of the staff seemed inexperienced and unsure of how to handle guests or provide proper assistance. The room was also quiet dusty, with noticeable dust on several items including the coffee machine and the table which gave the impression that it had not been properly cleaned before our arrival In addition although we booked a room for 4 people 2 adults and 2 kids. The bed was prepared with two very small individual duvets instead of a proper double duvet which was uncomfortable and unexpected overall the experience did not justify the price we paid and I expected a much higher standard of service and cleanliness.

Location, underground parking, super friendly and polite staff, very comfortable beds and pillows! Excellent restaurant, not only breakfast but a dread choice for dinner as well! A/C was a little bit noisy and didn’t cool down the room enough to my liking

Clean and well furnished rooms. Informed and courteous staff. Interesting breakfast. Since I planned to be in the town I may have preferred a slightly closer location. And a more charming feel. But I think it was designed to be near other modern parts of the city, and be a modern design, so this isn't actually a criticism

Clean and available when we arrived early. Door was always locked when coming back in from the patio. No biggy, just a short walk to the front door.

All was lovely.

The design and the rooms were amazing. Everything was very clean. The staff is pleasing and always there to help. The idea with the free water dispenser was excellent.

Bedrooms are nice , comfy bed and pillow . Good view to the castle Bathrooms are awful, it seems like a hospital . It is a big contrast and you don’t have bathtub.

Well , worth the money, good breakfast, on Sunday free parking on the back street. Expensive in house parking

Great location. Staff very helpful, booking trips & advise on how to use trams etc.,

*Friendly receptionist *Close proximity to the old town *Comfy mattress *Air con and heating system very outdated.Its very loud, blowing hot and cold air simultaneously and drying out the air making it difficult to breathe properly. *Beds are very small. *Holes in duvet *Dirty used earbuds in the cupboard *Noisy jackhammer Construction works are taking place early in the morning. *An unpleasant view of an abandoned building meters opposite our window with graffiti and dirt not cleaned up.

Everything was great Breakfast cost to how it was, did not match. I think we got charged $72 American money and the breakfast was not that great, for that amount of money. I did not realize that breakfast was that expensive!

Spa, wasn't really a spa

the view to the ruins and trash around wasn’t pleasant:(
