The cleaning was clearly unprofessional. There was dust, some mold in the bathroom, and fingerprints on the kitchen shelves. They also only provided us with a fitted sheet (the bottom one) — and it wasn't even properly fitted — instead of a proper flat top sheet. The pillowcases were very old and the material had little bumps/pills on it -they were like my grandmother's. I mean, they didn't give us a normal bedsheet, just the fitted one. When we contacted them to ask for a proper sheet, they said, 'This is a sheet, there is no other.' Maybe in Poland this is considered the main sheet — idk! Also, the dishwashing sponge was old and smelled bad. The images are from the bedsheet, pillowcase material and from the outside of the property.

Not far from the center, parking, possibility to check-in late There is a water heater in the apartment that works constantly and making so much noise, that it's impossible to sleep. Also even with it working it is pretty cold at night, so we have slept awful. The bed is old and squeaking. Kitchen's equipment is very basic, old and dirty

It was really nice, quite modern accommodation, close to the city center, overall we were very happy with it There could be more shelves, closets and storage space, now there was almost none (just closet in the entering hall for jackets) and that made it a bit inconvenient with 5 people in the apartment

the place was clean from the lobby to the room.complete kitchen utensils.the location is close to supermarket and in the main attraction.

It is a quite place, but not far from the public transportation. There is a restaurant nearby and small markets. The apartment was clean and with lots of beds, ideal for a big family. Free parking is especially handy in this art of the city!

Good accomodation. The room was big and clean. Private parking inside the yard near the building, this was a big plus. Friendly and helpful staff, he gave us very good indications by SMS to make the self check-in. You have even a washing machine, a drying rack and iron. Close to city center: 15-20 minutes walk to Wawel Palace. A supermarket is right over the street. Bus and tram station is at 10 minutes walk. The windows are on a circulated enough street and could be a little bit noisy, but if you close the window it's pretty much ok. Of course, this is not the hotel fault. There was only one towel (douche towel) for each guest. Having also face towels would be nice. There is no air conditioning. We didn't needed, because the weather was not very hot, I don't know how it is when it's hot outside. It's possible to not need one because the room is pretty high.

A house in a quiet neighborhood near the old-town (~15 min by feet) with free parking and large rooms. There are grocery shops and places to eat nearby. The beds were not very comfortable.

Cozzy small apartments with a mini kitchen, a big private parking space, in a good location in a walking distance from the old town - for affordable price. Even if it is not so big, it is good enough, and defenetely worth its money.

Modern, neat apartment in a quiet building and neighborhood. Parking secured by cameras right next to the building. About 20 minutes on foot from the old town. The first market is 20 meters away, there is also a bakery nearby. Public transport is also a few minutes' walk away.

Relatively low price and the presence of kitchen stuff Very noisy bed with spring matres, I was waking up during the night multiple times with the noise created just by moving in the bed slightly. WiFi was also not great.
