It's close to the train and bus station. Walking distances to places in Krakow. There were many restaurants and stores nearby. There was free beverages and we were allowed to fill up our water bottle. There was no lift.

Good location to stay between train and plane travel, because the station from which you can get to the airport at any time is literally just nearby.

I stayed here because I had to catch an early morning train. The hotel is literally next to the train station on the back side by the bus terminal. I woke up, left the hotel and walked right into the train station. As an economy hotel--it's basic, nothing special or elaborate--my bathroom was down the hall which was no big deal.

Excellent location near the train station. Clean, adequate accommodation. Very nice, helpful receptionist.

Next to the Krakow Glowny station 100 yards… It is dated but very clean..and super friendly English speaking staff.. My train was delayed but 24 hour check-in..paid for breakfast and upon early checkout send me of with a packed lunch box so to speak..No elevator.. All was fine but temperature mid winter could be a tad higher

Absolutelly best location: few minutes walk from both train and bus station. Close to the Old Town, but quiet and not spoiled by drunk turists. Absolutelly great customer service. Basic, but very clean room with bathroom. Food and drinks available near buy and shopping available in the mall just across the short walk using tunnel under the train station.

Good location, close to bus station The shower was broken and water very cold, bedsheets were smelly and bed frame used to make noise when moving. Bathroom didn’t look clean
