Location was great and accommodations were awesome too. The place was very clean and modern. It was spacious and beds were very comfortable. Overall, the place made our trip very comfortable and we would highly recommend. Nothing to improve, everything was great!

Every thing is perfect Nothing

We paid for a standard one-bedroom room and were upgraded to the Dragon’s Cave, the best room in the property. The apartment was huge, beautifully designed down to the smallest detail, and simply a dream. Staying there was an experience in itself and truly elevated our time in Kraków. I honestly have no words to describe it. Everything was perfect.

The Nomadic Urban Premium Suites were clean, modern, quiet, and are located centrally in old town (only a block away from St Mary's Basilica). It was nice and quiet during the day and at night. The check-in process was easy and quick. We had the breakfast, which was decent and offered most of the things you would expect. Nothing.

Location and the staff. However, The AC did not work during my 3 night stay. Management’s response to a paying guest was trying to justify why the A/C didn’t operate based on seasonal temps instead of correcting the problem. Offering a breakfast as a courtesy in return for an uncomfortable hotel room experience is an insult to a paying guest. Furthermore, charging a guest about 900 Euros for 3 nights when he can’t even adjust the room temp to his comfort is outrageous. The whole point of having individual room AC thermostats is to control the room temp based on the guests preference as I did at other hotels during my trip. Never again at this hotel!! Less excuses from management. PAYING guests don’t want to hear from management about AC configured based on seasonal temps as a reason why it did not work and the guest was unable to control the room temp.

Location was excellent. Best value for your money. Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. Room was large and well equipped. The design/decor of the entire facility is wonderful. Breakfast was tops. Can't think of anything I didn't like.

The room was very nice and the location is exceptional! We stayed on the fifth floor and the elevator was not working. We stayed for three nights and it did not get fixed.

Great location, few minutes walk from central square, quiet street , a lot of restaurants. Large apartments , very clean. Friendly stuff. We had a great time! We get a problem to order uber and bolt to hotel entrance (was no problem with drop off) , the car was waiting on nearest street (2-3 min walk)

Everything! Location, super clean, heated floors, design, spacious room, friendly staff; the only downside was the sofa bed, which was not comfortable.

The room was spacious, beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and had a cozy, homely feel. Everything was spotlessly clean. The location is perfect—right in the Old Town, within easy walking distance of major tourist sites, restaurants, cafés, and shops. The staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.
