the sofa bed, chair and curtains were torn. the bathroom door lock was broken. the sofa bed was very uncomfortable to sleep on. max 1 person can sleep on it. there was no hot water in the shower in the morning

Fantastic location with modern interior and was incredibly clean. One small thing was the lack of a curtain or cover on the skylight on our ceiling. After our late flight the evening before, it would have been a comfort.

We chose this hotel because it is very close to the center, at a maximum distance of 5 minutes by foot. It is a chic hotel, which has the bare necessities for a short vacation. We had peace, which was very important for us because we were with 2 small children. Unfortunately, there were also minuses even though the call center was quite kind. On the first evening it was very cold in the room and we requested someone to come and solve the problem, which was impossible at 6:00 PM. However, there was someone on site who checked the central heating but did not remove the excess air from the radiators, it seems that the maintenance is poor and resulted in a second night of cold, which created discomfort for us as a family and implicitly for the other 2 families with small children who encountered the same situation. I hope that this review is useful and will put the administrators on the topic to fix any problems as soon as possible.

Very good

Location was great The communication over WhatsApp and through bookings.com was really good and I couldn't fault it. Access details were a provided 4 minutes to 3pm for checkin and easy to access. Bed was comfy. The outside area which we had to walk through to get to our room (no 11) was full of rubbish. It would benefit from another light too as it can get very dark late at night. The bathroom door did not close as the frame was faulty and not able to cover the sky light to prevent light from waking us up.

Very bad experience. The toilet door wouldn't close at all. I can probably imagine it with my partner, but on a family trip where there are four of us in a room, I really don't want to poop right in front of my mother-in-law. However, the contact person from the hotel offered us another room for PLN 277 as compensation. (The person didn't offer a reasonable discount or a spare room, but wanted us to pay for another one.) I understand that they don't have to have a spare room, but this doesn't feel right to me. There was also quite a lot of noise from some air conditioning that could not be turned off.

Convenient location, room is very no frills and exactly as described. Room did not have air conditioning, bag storage is available but a 15 minute walk away, bathroom lacked counter space as well as any hooks to hang anything in the room

The easy check in The location Too small room for five adults Only three beds for five adults Two of us had to sleep on a sofa which was uncomfortable at all ( small sofa for sitting and for sleeping at the same time ) was very narrow for two adults to sleep on and keeps leaning. Our room was on ground floor which made it difficult to open a curtain since you will be seen. And this made the room hot because we weren’t able to open the curtains. Also the room has no air conditioning.

Location, very close to main attractions, grocery, tram stop, restaurants. Apartment is new and instructions to access clear. There is a big skylight on the roof. Light enters in the room at 5AM and you can't sleep. Very noisy (noise from other apartments) The sofa bed is very very very uncomfortable for 1 boy and 1 girl We tried to contact the reception but their response was not polite. Breakfast is served in a bar 300 meters from the apartment (not really "next door" as described) and they only have limited choice.
