Staff were very friendly and helpful. Price was excellent, Breakfast was very good. My room was quite comfortable. Location was ten minutes from my conference and near the old city. Great for walking anywhere. Lots of nearby restaurants. on a one-way street which cut down on traffic noise. I will gladly go there again. no complaints

Appreciated many helpful, kind front desk staff, comfortable bed & pillows, mini-frig empty ready to use, kettle, convenient location for walking to sites & to public transport. Housekeeping was tricky. They kept taking my key out leaving mini frig power for the day, despite requests that this stop. Once she arrived mid-morning when I was on a work meeting call. She persisted in knocking on the door. I asked if she could come back later. Then she had her manager call. I asked if she could come back later. They seemed to disregard the door tag. When they cleaned the room, they often missed basics like toilet paper & refilling soap bottles. The TV had only one English language program which was Euro News which just replays the same newscast. Missed options like Al Jazeera, BBC or CNN international

Great location. Central but away from the busiest tourist streets. Great rooms, spacious and clean. Could not lock bathroom door, and maybe the bed was a bit hard for my taste, but otherwise great.

Disappointing, feels like 3-star accommodation. If location is not critical for you, I recommend considering truly 4-star options like Hyatt Place or AC Marriot to get much better value for the same price. 1. Prime location 2. New building, well maintained 1. Soundproofing is awful 2. Breakfast is poor and very badly organized 3. Mattresses aren't comfortable
