Location was amazing, 5 minute walk to the old town. The place looks exactly like the pictures, very clean and quite modern. We were even upgraded to a newer room, which was a nice surprise. If we are in Krakow again, we will certainly stay here. Breakfast was a bit repetitive, but still pretty tasty.

Good breakfast, a lot of options. Workers were all the time checking if everything's there, filling up the plates and cleaning tables. Very efficient.

We had the romanic suite which is clean, large and good value. It does assault your eyes (bright colours!) However, it really was comfortable and clean. We had complimentary robes, slippers and chocolates. The bed really is something else . The breakfast had lots of choice and 2 great coffee machines. Nothing fancy but a reasonable food selection. Overall it was great value for money and close to the main square. We've stayed in 'posh' hotels in Krakow but saved alot of money here. Defo recommend. If you want basic, clean accommodation close to main square there is nothing not to like!

Very close to the town square and station...could walk.there several.times a day Rooms are a bit small and no cupboard to hang and keep.any clothes.. But jot a major problem
