Novotel Krakow City West

Overall the hotel is quite old and should be renovated, rooms look like from the year 2000. Breakfast could be more diverse, especially fruit and cheese.

The breakfast was varied, rich, all the food was fresh and delicious. There was no green tea, but this is not significant, i.e. there were other types of tea, coffee, and juice.

We stayed at the hotel for three days, my wife and two daughters. On the first day, water accumulated in the shower stall in our room. This problem was resolved. The main problem was with the pool. Firstly, the pool was cold and small, not like the pictures. Secondly, the staff member working at the pool didn't speak English and didn't give us proper information before entering the pool. My daughter's locker was locked, and she was left wet for 5 minutes. In short, it was the worst experience I've ever had. My advice to international families: the pool is very cold. The management is inexperienced. No one contacted us after the incident. I will never stay at this hotel again. ı am very sorry the write this but also in the room there was only one power plug. No power plug in the bathroom and toilet. We waited the charge one by one. I am very disappointed with the service and hotel. at least management should contact to us and make some amendments with us

Hot in a room even with adjusting the temperature. A bit noisy from the outside.

The location was perfect, especially with having a bus stop right outside of the property. The staff was very accommodating when we needed help with a late check-in and an early check out! While we did not eat at the restaurant in the hotel, the bar was excellent and the drinks were always incredible.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel! The room was spotless, the breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the service was excellent. This isn’t our first time staying with Novotel in different cities, and each experience has been consistently amazing. We’ll definitely be back!

Cold water in the pool, but kids were ok with that ?

Good hall with entertainment for kids. Nice corners. Nice bar and restaurant. Personal in pool was not friendly. Also water in pool was too cold for kids and deep. Pool in real smaller than in photos.

There was no shower curtain for the bathtub, only a small glass panel that is insufficient to prevent water spilling out.

It was a typical Novotel type of hotel. Quite big, quite cosmopolitan, quite perfect for 2 days staying. The wellness part is so small, the pool is only 10-12 meters, so it could be bigger in my mind. The breakfast area was always full.

Hotel was good in general..staff were very nice and helpful. They did not clean the room everyday. When they change the sheets they forgot to change dirty glasses. Breakfast was not as good as I expected since there was no so enough options.
