The staff were very friendly, kind and helpful. Special greetings to the lady who spoke Greek! The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The location was ideal, very close to the Old Town. All in all, it was a nice experience. The room lacked a lot of things. They only gave us one towel per person, which we had to use for face, hands and body. There was no shelf or furniture in the bathroom to put on things like toothbrushes, cosmetics etc. The room had also no fridge. I've never been in a room without a fridge before. Lastly, they didn't have in the room bottles of water. We arrived late at night and we had to drink water from the bathroom tap. If they fix those things, I think the hotel will be excellent.

location was great Uncomfortable stay during the summer. The top-floor room trapped a lot of heat, and the facility provided no fan or cooling equipment. The windows barely opened and the roof windows didn't help, resulting in almost no airflow and a very hot, uncomfortable environment for sleeping.

Central location, in the middle of Krakow and just few steps from the main public transport means. Curtains didn’t isolate from the sun, especially from the roof’s windows, very difficult to sleep during early in the morning. Not well cleaned especially in the bathroom that also had a bad smell coming from the shower.

Bed was not good and my room was in the courtyard with broken blinds so everybody who walked by could see in to my room. Room is nothing like the pictures.

The location is excellent—just a short walk to both the train station and the Old Town, making it very convenient for exploring Kraków. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay here! The apartment is very cozy, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay, and everything was clean and well organized. The location is excellent—just a short walk to both the train station and the Old Town, making it very convenient for exploring Kraków. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose this place again. Highly recommended!

Great location Nothing

The location is great - a short walk from the train station and near to the historic city centre. The receptionist tried his best to resolve any problems. I would have liked clarity sooner how to find the property. I booked at Pokoje U Filipa but communication came from Aparthotel in the Palace which was also the actual name of the hotel, the reception and on the signage. Very confusing. My room was off a courtyard which was accessible from the street and separate from the hotel and reception. When I came back at night three people who had been drinking were hanging about by my bedroom door and wanted me to give them cigarettes. This felt very uncomfortable. The glass bedroom door to the public courtyard had a slatted blind with gaps you could see through. The bedside light did not work - it looked like a problem with the electrical socket which would be a safety matter. When I checked out I needed to take the key back into the main building again, up several floors.

Location is great and staff friendly! Bed is very soft. Plugs work. My room was very hot, top floor, with only a tiny window . They could consider adding a safe and a fan to the room.
