The breakfast was excellent. It had a great selection of and everything was very fresh. The AC was also able to keep up with the extreme heat. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Also the pool had a lifeguard which I was really impressed by.

A bit too commercial a location

The check-in service was swift and polite, hot cookie was a nice plus. I really enjoyed the cozy room design and the comfortable beds. Breakfast service was very diversified and local specialties from Cracow were definitely a memorable experience. Price of the car park

The hotel offers a large parking area, which was very convenient, although it was often quite crowded. The rooms were comfortable, reasonably clean, and provided a pleasant stay. The breakfast was good, with a spacious breakfast room and a nice variety of options. We also appreciated the unlimited access to fresh drinking water, which was a very thoughtful touch. The elevators were efficient and made moving around the hotel easy. There is still smth to improve. There was an unpleasant sewage smell in our room, especially coming from the bathroom, most likely from the sink drain. In addition, when making our reservation, we had clearly indicated that the sofa bed needed to be prepared for our child. However, upon arrival, it had not been set up. We had to ask housekeeping to come and prepare it, and unfortunately, the housekeeping lady who assisted us was quite rude. Perhaps she was unhappy because we arrived relatively late, at around 9:30 PM, but we still expected a more welcoming attitude.

The staff was extremely kind, very nice hotel with luxurious services, breakfast more than satisfying, the spa area had everything you should need for a good relaxation. The spa area could be a bit bigger having the size of the hotel.

Everything was excellent in the hotel. I liked it much. The location is a bit far in terms of walking distance, but in terms of driving, it's reasonable.

Nothing .. really nothing... Horrible Experience, Not Worth 1 euro ⭐️ 1/5 – Horrible Experience, Not Worth Even 1 Euro! Do not waste your money on this hotel! We booked a room for 3 adults with a queen bed and a sofa bed. The sofa bed was unbelievably bad – you could feel the metal springs under your body, and it made loud noises every time you moved. Totally impossible to sleep on. When I went to the reception to complain, they called the supervisor. Instead of helping, they told me I had to pay 30% extra to change rooms. Imagine paying again for a room you already booked and paid for! This feels like a scam and a strategy to make guests pay more. I’ve stayed in over 100 hotels across more than 100 cities, and this is only the second time I’ve seen a hotel blatantly take advantage of guests. Absolutely unacceptable. On top of that: The bathroom was dirty. The breakfast glasses smelled disgusting, like sewage. I even saw other guests complaining about the same issues. This place is anything but a proper hotel. Terrible service, terrible quality, and zero value. Avoid this hotel at all costs!

Location is not far from the center but you need a car, it is located in a quite area away from the main road with a gate control to enter. Room was clean and comfortable with good hygiene level. all room facilities were working good with no complaint. Staff at reception were friendly and supporting, check-in was smooth and professional. Restaurant was busy most of the time, food quality was ok but can improved in terms of verities. verity at the restaurant can be improved parking charges can be waived water should be provided inside the room at least once

I liked everything. We were warmly welcomed at the reception, we received cookies. Everything was very professional. We will definitely come back here if we are in the area again.
